Songs You Can't Stand

How can people say they like music by liking, enjoying, being ravished by THAT?!!! and then go have the nerve to diss on or pity people who say they do not like, not just "their music" but music in general... as if being insensitive to all music was any different than being sensitive to just or mainly (it's ultimately the same) THAT.

^ That hair :rotflmao:

I hate it. I’m pissed that I searched it on YouTube because Pink Floyd will come up on my feed now.
I love Pink Floyd and I hate that song.

Also, regarding Laura Branigan and "Gloria", my first live-in boyfriend was a disco bunny and he was obsessed with that song. I heard it constantly. Worse was her pathetic follow up, something about The Night. Rechid.

Didn't she die?

I really should have stipulated that these bad songs need not be posted.

"Dance Hall Days" by Wang Chung. :vomit:

It has a couplet that actually says "Take your baby by the ears / and play upon her darkest fears"

There's also another song I hear on muzak all the time with the line "Guilty feet have got no rhythm"

In the old days, people were put to death for less.

Self Control. Only reason why I, and other dudes who weren't alive during the 80s, know about it is because it was featured in an old video game...And saying that just made me realize I'm getting old.

Yes, Laura Branigan passed away in 2004 on Long Island. But I like most of her songs. Her "Dim All the Lights" is better with drag queens. Watch the video. And I prefer her "I Found Someone" to Cher's.

Anything and Everything screeched out by Mariah Carey :vomit:
I like some of her earlier stuff not so much more her later stuff a few here n there but nothing I'd go out and buy! Now that 93.9 has switched over to 100% christmas music (read the same 6 songs by the same 6 fucking artists!) all you hear is All I Want For Christmas Is You, I like the song but they play it and play it and play it and play it some more to the point where if I didn't hear it for 10 years I'd be good! Side note she is the only performer to go through 4 ethnicities! It was hilarious I was at best buy back in the day and they still had dvds well they had 4 of her concerts on one she was white, on another Italian, the 3rd a Latina and on the 4th Black, Even Michael Jackson stopped at 2!

Most of the songs listed here are songs people dislike because they're overplayed. This is a song that I HATE! Just call it the ultimate tearjerker.

Thank Cod she doesn't even exist in my foreign sphere. Yes, she used to appear in some news, and probably will next time she undust her number, but I am still more pissed by a guy like Raphael, whom one does not suffer merely as an latent virus, but as someone who brings home the :vomit: Russian taste for tunes...

Upside Down by Diana Ross. An eye-roll-inducing, convulsive, lobotomy of a song.

Bohemian Rhapsody by Queen. A bombastic, overblown, tiresome piece of hugely-overrated rock-opera dross.

Sir Duke by Stevie Wonder. Considering this was written to commemorate many musical giants worthy of celebration, I find it utterly unlistenable.

Are you joking? Bohemian Rhapsody is a rock 'n roll master piece. And my late love said he was there when they filmed the video clip.

Upside Down isn't that bad, is it?

Indeed: you can legitimately :vomit: at Bohemian Rhapsody only if you :vomit: at the rest of the musical XXth century too.

The wit of British civilization is wholly lost on you.
But I get their joke better than most British alive
