a few tips:
*be sure you are wearing well-fitting, supportive shoes
*consider removable cushioned insoles
*elevate your feet whenever possible (presumably after work)
*exfoliate your feet regularly and use pumice or file to keep calluses down
*use lotion or moisturizer on your feet, especially areas where the skin is rough or thickened
*get a foot massage whenever you can convince someone to do it--may lead to further relaxing activities! (if you can't find a volunteer, most pedicurists include a foot massage with the treatment)
take care of those tootsies! they have a long way to carry you!
