Sore on my penis

I have a slightly sore pink bump on the top of the shaft of my penis. It doesn't itch, it's just kind of sore to the touch. It looks like a pimple. It's just one bump. I don't know anything about herpes, but is that what it could be?

I've only had sex with one man and we used a condom. However, I've given oral to the guy recently and I swallowed. That was about a month ago and this sore appeared about two days ago.

It's either a pimple or a sebaceous cyst then.

Herpes doesn't have a solid core. It's more like a blister.
