I have a question about something some guys say in porn movies either in Spanish or Portugese. What do they mean when they say something like, "vie," "fodge vie," or "shipu vie?"

It sounds really sexy whatever they are saying lol! I'm just curious.

so I'm guessing "vie" means "me"?
or "to go"?
OH. LIKE IN SPANISH IR.

ok i get it.

It's brazillian portuguese. "Phodge", or "fodge" as you said, means "fuck". Not the action of fucking (that is "phoda"/"foda") but rather when you're telling someone to fuck you.

"Vie" means "go", translated literally. However, "vie fodge" (correctly spelled, "vai fode") should be translated to "Come on, fuck me".

"Shipu" sounds like the brazillian portuguese pronunciation of the word "tipo" which means "type" or "kind" but can also be used with the same meaning as when you use, in english, "I mean"...like "I mean, come on, fuck me!". It's a very commonly used word and expression in portuguese, both brazillian and european.

I love Tommy Lima's movies, he always says stuff that sounds sexy when he's getting fucked. But maybe it sounds sexy because it's in Spanish and I have no idea what he's saying. I understand "mas" and "forte" though.

Sim! It's Portuguese! Eu AMO brasileiros cara! Nossa!

The only word I notice in Brazilian porn is "gostoso" or something similar. No clue what that means ... I like it?

"Gostoso" means literally "tasty". Brazillians use that expression to describe a guy they think is attractive. In english, you use "hot", in brazillian portuguese, you use "gostoso". I think they have a few other words but this is a very common and widely used expression. It's a good thing so you should like it. ;)

Thanks Fucker29! That is so hot *|*. Those Brazilian men turn me on so much when they say stuff like that. Now I know a little of what they are actually saying.

Fucker29 is correct. It's not Spanish. It sounds Poruguese but I think it's Brazilian Portuguese. I've never seen or heard those words (fodge or shipu) though and I understand/speak a little Portuguese. I do know of "gostoso" and it does mean "tasty"...

Well, I am portuguese. That's how I know it's Brazillian Portuguese instead of European Portuguese. While brazillians say "Vai, fode!", portuguese would say "Vá, fode-me!".

Maybe you'd recognize those words were they pronounced in the european portuguese way. Brazillian and european portuguese share the same vocabulary, minus some rare exceptions (mostly slang)...just the pronunciation and part of its phrasic construction that's different.

Watching porn is a better way to learn a language.

It should be on TV. The "Porn Method" now featuring 14 popular languages.
