Since it has become legal to smoke pot our mobile home park smells like a giant bong! The stuff is called "skunk" weed for obvious reasons. Do any of you stand a chance of getting a "second hand" high?

Yep. When I stand on my balcony the smell of weed arising from the stoners in the flat beneath me is quite overwhelming at times.

But 'tis nothing compared to a few years ago when I had dealers living next door and all of the communual areas - lifts (elevators), stairwells, corridors, etc - stank of dope.

I'm looking forward to it becoming legal in NYS. l don't partake anywhere near as often as I used to, but having legal availability, I'd be the one stinking up the neighborhood!

That may be true for tenement exposure, but occasionally ATF agents and others experience it when burning weed in eradication work.

It's actually legal in Michigan now? I'm surprised I didn't hear.

Legality in Illinois WILL NOT change my extremely rare use at all - 25 times in a year is a lot.
