I was hitting on this marine today who happens to be a bit curious. Holy mother of god he was a hottie.

Well it's interesting. At youth pride we were talking about how we might be a certain way or just be naturally drawn to a certain type. But since we change overtime what we like now like a type of guy or who we are drawn to can very well change sometime in the future.

I have encountered one or two guys around my age who I found fucking hot and gave me a boner :D

I don't blame you for going after the bears though. I love em. Furry hot fuckers..

But someone like you definately won't ever have a problem finding a bear. You seem like a borderline cub.

Borderline between what? Cub and Bear? :P I'm not hairy enough myself to be a bear. Not yet, anyway. It's been starting to fill in but it's not going fast enough, dammit. And no, I don't really have problems finding bears. Sometimes I want something else, though, and being a more hefty guy it can be kind of difficult at times, haha. Need to beef up more!

Lucky bastards. It's troublesome since most bears like other bears or cubs. But I think the main reason for that is because they either have had bad experiences with twinks and younger guys or they think twinks are just skinny little bitches and not real men. Or it could be because twinks make them feel self conscious.

But I have bears now so I'm fine :D

Sometimes the attitudes of the bears just gets to me. be nice to have some other options sometimes. ;)

I've actually heard that. Well at least for your area. I know someone who lives there. He has gone to bear parties. He is very bear. God he is one hot bear. But whenever he goes to bear parties he is always ostracized and the bears usually paw and play with his friends and don't even bother to talk to him or grope him. Maybe to them he isn't bear enough.

There is somewhat an exclusive thing with some bears. They believe that they are a clique type group and that if you don't look bear then they don't want to associate with you. But like men who call themselves leathermen and just model leathermen and don't know shit about protocols or the lifestyle. Those aren't true.

I believe that the whole bear lifestyle was originally centered around brotherhood. And it was those hairy and big men finding those who liked them appearance wise and fellow brothers who they could hang out with without being judged since slim and thin seems to be the image that represents the bear community. And even today those bears who still believe in the whole brotherhood concept won't ostracize other bears or non bear and are usually friendly to most.

Every subculture of the gay community has their opposite. It's troublesome.

Also. You could always find a chaser. Plenty of those :P

Garwar, I think you're a hot guy. I am one of those guys, not big enough to be a bear, some guys have called me an otter? I don't think I'm skinny, but some bears think you have to be portly or somewhere over 220 lbs to qualify. I don't have a pot belly, I'm in shape and so when I go to bars that cater to bears and the like , I often don't get attention. When I go to other bars( I usually hang out in straight bars) I get attention....go figure.
