Springtime in the Rockies

We've had some unseasonably warm weather the last few days here in Colorado, and the snow in the High Country is melting unusually quickly. Took a ride today about 20 minutes out my back door with my point-and-shoot camera and took a few not very well composed photos of the local stream/river/creek running at about 500% of normal...

aw, crap ... and here I thought you were going to post pics of the Front Range Bears coming out of hibernation for a nude "weenie roast" in Upper Dream Canyon!

(For those of you in the rest of the world, Upper Dream Canyon is a hot spot for gay nudism west of Boulder.)

Using my best French Technique, I walked flat-footed across the slab, then scrambled up and over the top of a huge boulder. As I popped over the top, I startled a group of about twenty naked men sunbathing on a huge, flat granite slab. They weren't the only one's startled. I think my eyes bugged out as big as theirs. "Pardon me gentlemen, may I play through?" was all I could come up with to say. "Certainly" was their awkward yet polite reply.
