Do any of you good people when visiting a friend sneak a peek into their medicine cabinet when using the bathroom? You know, finding prescription bottles, hair dye, all sorts of cosmetics, exotic toys, god knows what all......I do, and yes, I am ashamed of myself.

No I dont, and anyone that did would be a nosey SOB. I would not know that they did, but that just what I think if someone did do this.

That is so disrespectfull. But a person doing something like that would not even know what that would means.

But I can honestly say That I have never done this.

Guess it just comes down to mutual respect amongst friends. Anything he wishes to know about me, and vice versa, all he has to do is ask. Invading my privacy is a betrayal of that trust.

I'll admit to looking at what's out. What soaps and lotions they have out, the decor, things like that. But if it's in a drawer, it stays there, and I don't look.

I do not.

Everything in my bathrooms are out, nothing hidden away so anyone can look.
I don't invite people into my house if I don't want them seeing my things.

Just place little post-its in your bathroom drawers and cabinets that say "The camera I placed in here is watching you watch me". Then watch for red faces as people exit the facilities.

that wouldn't stop my friends, too many of them are film students. I would have porn and short films on there in no time.(!)

Nope

Im not a stalker... lool
my friends are tho...

anyone ever tried that? how do you get them all in?

They did that on Candid Camera or a programme like that.

1 - They took a plastic dish which would fit into the cabinet when set on its side.

2 - They filled the dish with marbles and placed a piece of cardboard over it.

3 - They carefully held the card as they tilted the dish and placed it on its side on the cabinet's bottom shelf.

4 - They held the card and closed the door, allowing the card to protrude out the bottom of the cabinet.

5 - With the door securely closed, they simply pulled down on the card and pulled it away.

I go for the pantry to see what kind of food they have.

I don't care about their medicines :D

But I pretty much know what kind of food my friend's have.

no, i do not. no moral thing - but I don't want to find anything that might cause me pain or disappointment with the person - no matter what it is. and, it isn't my business

I don't snoop on my friends...its just plain invasion of privacy and disrespectful

Truthfully, I have looked in some of my friends medicine cabinet a few times in the past. Most of the time, I don't look simply because I don't care (or maybe I don't remember to look?). The few times I have opened the cabinet door, I just looked, never actually touched or dug deeper. I don't think I'll do it anymore.

I don't see what the big deal is. What kind of filthy crap do you keep in your bathrooms? All I have are my soaps, shampoos and stuff. I can understand not wanting people to go through say your tables in the bedroom but not the bathroom or kitchen.

Maybe you are inviting people you don't really like into your home. There isn't very much in my home that I wouldn't want my friends to see.
