Spying!!

we can all be spies now with the internet and all it provides lockerooms etc.
no need to invade someone privacy

Spying and them fucking me is a great fantasy i've had. i've stalked my uncle before yummy! :3

I wouldn't tape anyone without their knowledge, I think that's crossing a line.. but "spying" or watching someone, I don't see the problem in that. Shit happens, you're not hurting them by looking. They could even be flattered by it... ahaha. When I was little I used to walk right into the bathroom and stick my head in the shower whenever my brother's friends stayed the night. LMAO. I was too young for anything bad to happen though..

If I can't have a hot ass straight boy, I wanna at least look at them.. especially when they're naked and quite possibly doing naughty things. It's fun. ;D

There's "spying" and there's spying.

If I had a roommate, and he left the bathroom door open while showering or fucked his girlfriend loudly while I was in the apartment, I wouldn't feel guilty about looking or listening, any more than I would feel guilty watching a guy walking around naked in front of an open window or listening to a couple fucking in the next hotel room.

On the other hand, spying by using hidden cameras or listening equipment, or hiding someplace I wasn't supposed to be, or peeping through a 1/4" open curtain is wrong.

People who guard their privacy deserve to have it respected. People who like to show off or are careless about privacy are going to be seen/heard. To me, that's what makes the difference: Did the person being watched have a reasonable expectation of privacy or not? If yes, then it's wrong to deliberately try to violate that. If no, then you have a moral right to watch whatever they put on view. And then there's the matter of intent. Did you happen to see your roommate naked because you came home unexpectedly or because he left a naked vid of himself on your digital camera by mistake? Or did you sneak around trying to spy on him? In the former case, it's not your fault, and it's only human to watch when it's put right in front of you. In the latter case, you're a spy, which is creepy, wrong and often illegal.

its one thing seeing something on a screen!!it is quite different seeing someone naked in reality!!!also if the person is unaware they act naturally!!otherwise they will through modesty perform or go into tantrum about their privacy!!!

Strange thing is that while many of us wouldn't dream of setting up recording equipment to spy on friends, roomates etc - we're still happy to watch the 'hidden camera' type locker videos etc...

That said, recording people without their knowledge and permission is actually illegal in the UK, and I'm pretty sure it's similar in the US and many other countries.

That is true. But has anyone ever heard the term "Peeping Tom"? Spying on someone is ilegal here in the US, even if there is no camera/recording equipment involved.

But beyond that there is the danger of getting caught and damaging the relationship between the sister and her boyfriend. Is it really worth the very high risk of breaking them up?
