Nothing wrong with flirting a little bit and liking attention even if it's with someone of the gender you aren't sexually attracted to.

I've seen gay men do it with women as well.

I think it depends on the society you live in. It's pretty liberal over here so most guys don't freak out and many like it and even fish for it.

I really like the point thatgirl made. It's such a shame that men get less complimented on their looks than women. If a man doesn't compliment a woman's appearance on a date then he's a jerk but if the woman does then it's somehow weird. It also sucks that women can compare their looks openly and give each other compliments but when guys do it they get the gay label.

So it must be very liberating to have a person they are not sexually attracted to liking their appearance and commenting on it. It must be nice to get the same type of attention they keep giving to women without getting it back.

So, anybody knows someone like this? Someone str8 who likes when gay guys are checking them out or complimenting them - and/or is pissed when he's considered unattractive by gay guys.

Classic no win situation. I had that experience. When I laughed and told him no I didn't find him attractive his first response was "Why they fuck not, what's wrong with me".
