Star Trek NG: I never knew Wharf was half-Human?

I'mma all let you get back to your argument ina second, but I just want to say...

Admiral Janeway... was the best Captain ever!!!
God,without Seven of Nine Voyager would have been seven seasons of "Are we there yet"?:##:!Janeway was good but the show dragged and was easily the worst Star Trek spinoff.

Of course Kirk and Picard were the best captains, but the most underrated and most humanly relatable was Captain Benjamin Lafeyette Sisko of Star Trek/DS:9.Worf returned to the Star Trek world brought onto DS:9 with the support of Captain Sisko to help deal with the Klingons and his bitter rivalry against the arrogant Gowron became a central angle to the storyline.Ultimately aligned with the noble general Martok Worf would gain back his honor.

Gsdx, your contributions and perspectives are always welcome and appreciated. For a Star Trek fan,the OP doesn't seem to have the positive, inclusive worldview of Trek at all and his dismissiveness was classless and insulting.

Belay that order. Neither my opinions nor my knowledge are wanted or appreciated here.

Enterprise. One to beam up.

Mr Tuvok, raise shields, block The Enterprises targetting scanners, have a security team escort Mr gsdx to guest quarters on Deck 4.

Mr Paris, take us outwith Transporter range of The Enterprise, warp 3.

*Sits in chair, fixes bun!*

There you go! ;):D

I agree Captain Janeway was amazing! Though I share the same opinion of Kate Mulgrew, there were times her character suffered at the hands of the writers!

P.S. I agree with the observation that alot of Trekkies/Trekkers are so passionate about the Trek universe, things can get a little heated, I'm one of em, however, everyone deserves the right to express their opinion. Oh and I wouldn't take things to heart here!

It has been made blatantly clear by his insults that they are not.
By the overwhelming majority of regular members, they are.The OP's loss regarding how he feels but it's clear he has the manners of a Klingon down pat,if anything!

Bite your tongue! He has no honor. I would compare him more to a ferengi, although there was no profit in his attack (But then there was no profit in Bok's attack on Picard, either).

Some Klingons he can be compared to.The House of Duras, which betrayed the Klingons to the Romulans for power AND profit and have no honor.:mad:How about that?Kap'la,Willie!;)

Admiral Janeway... was the best Captain ever!!!

My rankings for Captains

1. Sean Luke: "The ultimate Diplomat"...

2. Kirk: He Loved to Fight & Fuck

3. Sisko (A.K.A Hawk): "The Prophet" "Deep Space nine" ROCKED...

4. Janeway: "Tough customer" & I liked her relationship with the Vulcan..

5. Scott Bakula: (don't remember his name. Lost interest after 2 episodes)

It happens. I was stuck trying to figure out who Captain Luke was until I got to your post anyway. And I can't remember Archer's first name. I want to say Benjamin, but I don't think its correct.

I couldn't get into the show, but wasn't he played by Benjamin Sisko or something like that?
No,Benjamin Sisko was captain of DS:9(my favorite Trek next to TNG)played by Avery Brooks.Liked Enterprise, didn't love it.Can't remember Archer's first name either...Jonathan?Played by Scott Bakula, that I know.

You may be right. It might have been Jonathan

Congratulations, you win the prize. Sadly no one actually bought a prize so you will have to be happy with a simple :=D::=D::=D:

The only cool thing about Enterprise to me was the updated CGI and the last episode that saw cameos from Riker and Troi.

I did like the mention of Admiral Archer in the newest Trek movie, thought it tied in well!

Once again, you should all have this link bookmarked! It's the canon encyclopedia for Trek and is really awesome!

http://memory-alpha.org

You can find out literally anything about Trek here and all of it is regularly updated by fans who know their stuff!

I know I'm a bit sad as when I watch TV/movies, play computer games etc, I constantly point out actors/actresses that have been in any Trek I have seen, even small guest stars and make a big song and dance about it!

I'm sure I can replicate something worthwhile, how about a nice bottle of Romulan Ale? Even although it is illegal!

If you're going to replicate something, why not a few bars of gold pressed latinum?
