SG4GE has been, for the most part, a condom-free site. Had we allowed our straight and bisexual models like Parker London and Samuel O'Toole and John Magnum to go condom-free but had our gay model Steven Daigle use a condom, it would have been a shit storm.

When Steven approached us about doing a straight scene, that was a long part of the negotiations... we all knew that it was a lose/lose situation but that when it doubt, stick with the formula.

What I find is more telling is that it's only when we've had a gay model on SG4GE go condom-free that the gay crowd goes apeshit. I mean, I've posted a scene with Leo Giamani and a girl with no condom... then David Taylor with a girl and no condom and then Leo and David together with no condom... and it was only the gay one where people accused us of "making" the models have unsafe sex.

Who's got the double-standard there?

Perhaps it's how these guys are marketed. I mean Daigle is marketed as a out and proud gay man who loves sex with hot guys and is not ashamed of being gay. Some of the others are marketed as gay for pay guys that have zero interest in men off camera and are only doing gay porn because they have to
(finances, etc...). Perhaps it's like when a TV show or movie jumps the shark because it betrayed the formula and by doing so lost the fans, or your favorite band who sold out for mainstream success. Maybe it goes deeper then porn for some guys, I know guys that were forced into love wins out and exodus groups and one who had electroshock therapy (awful Mormon family) in order to try and make them straight and carry the scars of that. Perhaps seeing someone who they saw as a hot gay man enjoying sex then doing a condomless straight scene while saying he won't have sex with a man w/out a condom reinforces the idea that they aren't normal or some kind of separate but unequal feeling. I'm not saying that is the case with everyone but just a few things I am throwing out.

Again, maybe people are raw about all that has happened in the last week and feel that Daigle doing a straight scene reinforces the idea that gay people aren't born the way the are and can change their orientation. Maybe it's from guys that did try to have sex with women and either couldn't succeed or that period of time brings back unpleasant memories of when they were trying to be "normal".

So do you not think there is a double standard of a guy not wanting to do a AIM tested scene with a guy but is okay with doing a AIM tested scene with a girl? Maybe because YOU DO test for your gay barebacking scenes it does point out the glaring double standard that exists in the industry.

I'm getting sick of talking about this and I'm starting to feel like people are asking me the same question over and over again so they can try to find some tiny variance in what I say so they can have their "GOTCHA!!" moment.

There's a lot going on behind the scenes in porn that I can't and won't discuss. Historically, straight porn was done with no condoms but with AIM testing... Gay porn had to adopt a different route because back in the 80s and early 90s, many models were HIV+ and didn't want to be outed for that and many models were afraid to get tested... the gay industry responded by using condoms with no testing. This is still the way it's done... some studios will use an HIV+ model with an HIV- model and use condoms. Some tell the models they're working with an HIV+ guy, some don't. Some do AIM testing and still use condoms, some only do one or the other and a few use no condoms, no testing and just assume all their models are HIV+.

I've said it a million times.... SG4GE is primarily a condom-free site. We've contemplated changing that policy but had we made our first gay model in quite a while the first to wear a condom... people would have gone apeshit saying that we were treating the gay guy differently than the straight guys.

If you use the same testing for both gay and straight sites and the option of dong condom less scenes are available for both, and then a model decides to have gay sex with a condom but has straight sex with out one... I mean it's blatant hypocritical.

The fact that Daigle is gay is not the point, I've called out models like Parker London and Samuel O'toole for the exact same thing. Christ Samuel O'toole fucked a girl bareback and even cummed inside of her.... but in all of his gay scenes he requires condoms..... huh?

It's very blatant, but it's sure not coming from us.

Many models have said they'd prefer to do tested bareback scenes but if they did, they feared being black-listed by other gay studios. So as you can see.. it's not US that's sending that message.

It's not "our practices" but the practices of some other studios. oddly enough, most of the noise is coming from the audience.. not the producers. Most of the feedback from producers has been quite positive.

Let me start by saying that I am not a fan of Steve Daigle. His looks are less then average, he's racist and from some of his posts on line is not very bright. What's up with these pseudo celebs who just will not go away.

What exactly was the point of this video? The whole Arpad then caused a lot of controversy and i get the point behind it. Showing that people are capable of having sex with people that are outside our range of sexual orientation. It's been done doing it again w/2 women instead of 1really doesn't make it hotter, it just defeats the purpose of SG4GE. The focus i believe was to focus on the men and w/ 2women they become the focus because there are more of them and cannot be helped.


I enjoyed Arpad's scene, Lance B's was tragic. I also find it difficult to believe that these gay men are approaching SG4GE to do str8 scenes especially someone who does condom only scenes. I would think that if Steven wanted to do a scene with a woman he works closely with Chi Chi and I'm sure he could have done a scene with a woman where condoms are available. I think people should be comfortable and do the scenes that work for them.However, I have a problem with a studio that members have asked repeatedly asked for MMF scenes Bi or a Tag team and told they would be doing those videos and yet we get this nonsense.



As with the double standard of using condoms in the gay scenes and not in the straight scenes is that if the model wants to use condoms then they won't film the scene because members bitched about Rod Daily's condom scene on SG4GE. So don't look for any scenes with condoms on SG4GE, while on Cocksure and Jake Cruise the performers have a choice to use condom or not to use them.


Bottom line is that this video was A) Pointless. B)Goes against what the site was created for based on the description there is no Straight Guy 4 My Gay Eyes. C) It amazes that a company could work with such Trash.
