You know there would have to be a banner hung for Jubbers and non-Jubbers alike to see what kind of road trip we were all on. Then it could be held up at the rally. I would prefer one with Stewart and Colbert boxing it out.

Let's see....

It's just under 3,000 miles. Assume an average speed of 50mph to allow for weather, gas stops, wrecks, and homophobes* blocking the roads once they realize just who is in that RV. 3,000/50 = 60 hours of driving time. That's two days plus a dozen hours of driving.

Swerve would know better than I, but I'd say no one person should drive more than six hours straight unless used to it, and no more than two shifts in a day. Two drivers would work, but a third would be good in case of... all those things Robert Baden-Powell had in mind when he said "Be prepared!", and probably a few more.

How long do I have to get this RV? This is beginning to sound like fun!

I am so annoyed now that we have a benefit dinner on the 30th. I'd fly down to Washington for this.
