Last time I remember until the first of this current month (August 2012), health insurance companies could cancel your policy if you maxed out their life time cost benefit on a said policy although you might still need coverage. What was they call it? Oh yeah, a "pre-existing condition"...

The question is what they're historical documents OF. They're not written by historians, so they're going to be more or less rigorous depending on the president. And anytime something is based on memories... and especially when it's a politician's memories! ....
