As a side note, if you ever think, "I wonder what 100% dark chocolate tastes like?", just go suck on an oil pastel. It's cheaper, easier to find and tastes roughly the same lol.

haha interesting.

I don't think I'd ever wonder what 100% dark chocolate tastes like (but I guess now I don't have to). I only like about 70 - 80% dark. This is coming from someone who used to have white chocolate as their favourite (which isn't even proper chocolate).

Hmm well it's summer at the moment, so it's uncomfortably warm during the day (for my liking, anyway). Walking to work every day in the warmth is a chore (uni is over for the year).

But probably not near as hot as it is in Australia! I bet SilverBelt and Greyhorse can testify that :lol:

Well, I'm thinking of submitting one of my stories to Nifty.org, so I created a new email address which I've used for JUB as well. The email address includes the phrase 'anonymous stimulus' since my identity will remain anonymous (well technically, behind an alias or pseudonym), and my stories will become visual stimuli for my readers (I hope). That's where 'stimulus' comes from.

The number 25 just comes from my birthdate :P

Hmm yeah I was thinking about posting in the writing section. But posting on a forum somehow seems so much more intimidating than posting on a website.

I'll think about it. I still have to finish off a few more chapters before I want to post anything anywhere.

But if I do end up posting at JUB, you gotta promise to read my story and say nice things about it! :mrgreen:

But man, I'm finding it so difficult to write more chapters. I have lots of important events and pivotal points of the story all planned out, but it's just linking them all together with coherent story lines that's proving most tricky.

I'm probably the farthermost person from being a writer, but the story is too umm cute? to not be written. You know, if I could I would hire somebody to write it for me :lol:
 
Ah writing... it's been years since I first had a crack at writing proper short stories. They were... terrible. You should definitely post yours here on JUB as well as Nifty :D

And yeah, it's getting rather sticky and warm up here in Australia. Hot sun, endless rain and humidity that can put a curl in even the straightest hair (Oh dear, is that bordering on a pun?).

Oh no! Don't go having certain expectations now! It's a crappy story, really. Horrible!

and yeah, probably. My biggest concern is time. Work is keeping me incredibly busy, so I hardly have time during the day to write (and when I DO have time to write I just end up sitting there trying to think of ways to link up the events). Eh, the world is cruel.
