Yeah I know, I'm weird lol. I don't know why it turns me on like it does. Unfortunately for me it isn't something I get to enjoy very often as most people are like "huh?" when I tell them.

What is it about it that turns you on? The actual growling sound, or the thought that even the hottest guys have to eat and digest food?

For example, I have a sort of bathroom fetish. I guess it is both the actual sound and the thought of what is happening inside his digestive tract. Gotta say I love watching a hot guy eat. And I'm with you on the bathroom thing; I don't like the extreme stuff like scat, but I do like listening to them on the toilet. Truly, I guess I have a sort of digestive system fetish.

From a psychological point of view, I have an idea as to why this turns you on. Many sexual fetishes have their seeds in childhood. In this case, you may have had an early experience where you lay cradled in a parent's arms and the sounds of their stomachs digesting are closely related to that experience or experiences. It may have been a time when you felt especially safe and cared for. As you got older, the feeling translated into a sexual one as these things sometimes do, and now the sound of a gurgling stomach evokes these feelings.

I used to get turned on by the sound of a vacuum cleaner or anything that made that sound. I realized that as a youngster when staying home sick from school, I felt cared for and loved. My mother was/is and avid vacuumer and so I associated that sound with those feelings that later translated into a sexual thing. For some reason I outgrew it, probably just a side effect of maturity and conquering some childhood trauma. Not to get too clinical, I just find that stuff interesting.

Most times, people with scat or other toilet-related fetishes have not outgrown the childhood obsession with toileting. Something gets crossed over in the brain and it turns sexual later in life. Strange how the mind works.
 
Nate, fully agree on the link - not necessarily childhood but maybe related to that individuals first legitimate sexual experience? Think about it - I have casually asked men of other races their first significant sexual encounter and I swear - about 90-95% are very much attracted to the type they were with.

I used to have a yen for blonds. I attributed that to having grown up in a country where being lighter/fair was the ideal image of beauty but which is scarce in Central America. Thus, being white/blond/blue-eyed was as close to perfection as you could get.

I've since outgrown that fetish in my adulthood. Now I find myself attracted to all types of guys (even some blacks and other Latinos), but my main attractions are still caucasians though flaxen hair and blue eyes is not a requirement.

I agree with you on the whole psychological aspect of it. Fortunately, I can pretty much trace back the roots of it and thankfully it doesn't seem to be connected with my parents. It is amazing how life experiences shape people.
