I stopped shaving about a year ago because it got to be too much. Now I get everything below the neck waxed. That's right, my chest & back (not a lot there anyways), ass, dick, balls, legs, feet, and armpits.

My boyfriend does the same thing, too.

We both have a preference of no hair, and enjoy seeing each other completely smooth down there. It's such a turn on. I love being able to lick him anywhere and not have to pick hairs out of my teeth lol.

Body hair? I've got a TON. And yes, even on the back (especially on the shoulder blades). Do I love it? Not really. But I don't hate it. I don't feel the need to trim it or shave it or wax it. It's just a part of me - no biggie.

After the first time being waxed, it's relatively painless to have the same area done again. Plus the hair growing back isn't as dense yet, so it doesn't hurt as much being ripped out.

Stop the "natural" talk - it's meaningless. It's "natural" if you like, for civilized humans to re-design their looks in whatever way they think appropriate. Tattoos, body-piercing, shaving (or not) are all part of being "naturally" civilized. I shave my face because I have a very ratty beard when I let it grow, and I shave my balls because I like the feel of them that way. Other folk can shave when and where they like.

it IS a choice we each have.

I've had a beard for 25 years, ever since I was 18 or 19.

I have never shaved any part of my body other than my neck and (facial!) cheeks, to keep my beard neat.

I'm not particularly broad, but apparently the bear community loves my hair as much as I do.
