Word. If you don't know him and you really have no ay to confirm what he may say, then there's always that risk.oh, and by the way.. you said something that made me a bit nervous..
you said he "looked like a high quality guy".
NEVER just assume that someone is either clean or no by how they look unless they're covered with lesions. If that's what you meant. Never forego your rules becasue of what a guy looks like or how horny (or drunk) you are.

		 Regarding your concern about what you did and risk - IMHO you're risk of HIV infection was very very low ... not nonexistent, but low.  Other STDs are easier to catch with oral sex.  Best advice given to get tested in 6 months for everything to hopefully rule out disease (provided you have no symptoms in the meantime) AND if you continue to have sex with men, you'll want to also consider regular testing and a series of vaccinations for Hepatitis A & B.
