Actually cialis is not supposed to be given for this condition. What he has is purely psycological and obviously can get an erection. Not that docs don't prescribe cialis for psycological problems with erections, but really they shouldn't.
I can't remember what you do give right now... there's something I think that is supposed to help, but ultimately, the key is becoming more comfortable with your partner. Then you won't be as nervous and everything will work as designed.
I agree... just because you haven't done anything with a guy does not make you str8. There are plenty of gay guys out there that have never done anything with a guy, but still that is their preference... they just aren't honest with themselves. At some point, most come to this conclusion. By your reasoning sonical, does that mean you were asexual b4 you had sex? Because you couldn't have been str8 without sex by that plan. Not being rude here, just trying to dispell a thought that engaging in a particular act is what defines one's sexuality. It's not. Sexuality is there regardless of the actions. It's simply a matter of being true to yourself or not.
And the whole emotionally attracted to women but physically attracted to guys... really, that just means you're gay with issues. Sorry to be so blunt... soilwork must be rubbing off on me. But it just means that you're sexually attracted to guys but you've been conditioned to think that it is wrong and so you don't allow yourself to be emotionally attracted to them either consciously or subconsciously.

FWIW, it's not what you do or don't do that makes you gay/bi/straight/whatever. Sexual orientation is about how you feel about sex and relationships with regard to gender. We're not all straight by default, only becoming gay once we have sex with a guy.
