I downloaded a bunch of samples onto my Kindle and picked a new one to read today. The whole time I was thinking, this sounds really familiar until I remembered where I had read it before. And when I came back here to check, sure enough the sample is word for word the first post. Looking at this guy's other publications on Amazon, they're all published on the same couple of days and wouldn't you know it, they all seem to be from authors on nifty.org with cover pictures from a stock photo site. I think someone might be stealing your story.

Sadly (and infuriatingly) this has been happening lately with various books. Hopefully, readers will keep reporting to Amazon so they can remove the offender's books. On the other hand, I suppose it's a compliment.
 
I think we can safely assume we won't see anymore of this story here. I'm curious to know if the version on Amazon was a completed story?
