My 2 cents on this, not that its worth a damn to any of ya:
As far as people thinking the scenes are "childish" in nature, they kind of are. The whole site is based on Straight guys doing not so straight things. When does that happen? When guys are exploring their sexuality, and I know, I for one, did that while younger. So I think that the "childish" nature is really more aiming for the innocence we all once had. Being a kid and playing with the neighbor boys, or being of high school age and playing with the other guys during some trip. It happens when it happens for various people. These scenes are set up to cater to various fantasies that some people have. I know I for one would like to be on a boat with Rhett, Erik, and the lot of the guys for a weekend! lol
Suffice it to say, if the site isn't your deal, so be it. REALLY no need to belittle Matt for it. As I think it can obviously be seen or even if not seen, at least understood, that certain models in the erotic industry can, have, do, and will let themselves get out of hand and make poor choices.

Well in the world of pornsites where people are paying a not inexpensive monthly fee for S-E-X, we expect to see a bit more than guys doing "not so straight things". Sure it would be hot to see them exploring their sexuality as you put it, but that's not what they do at all though. They are completely directed, and instructed what to do, and it's evident and highly visible that they really hate doing it. If these guys were exploring their sexuality, it needs to be at least somewhat believable but it's not at all. I meant come on, I've been a member of SCM off and on for a couple years now, and I have yet to see these guys achieve and maintain a decent erection in any of the scenes, they act like they're going to gag just from putting a guy's limp dick in their mouth, and quite frankly, the scenes are painful and difficult to watch. To me, in the real world, that is the opposite of guys doing not so straight things.
Honestly, I seriously doubt that anyone would complain about the director's voice, or annoying way of talking and constantly telling these guys what to do if the scenes were hot. It wouldn't take much to make them hot, just quit the non-sexual B.S. before the sex starts, and GET RID of any guys who can't get a hard dick, just like anyone who is visibly gagging and acting like they're going to hurl from putting another guy's dick in their mouth needs to be eliminated from the site. Very simple. Limp dicks and porn do not belong in the same sentence together, I can't believe that SCM continues to put out update after update of completely limp dicks. My recommendation is to view the competition, and see what they're putting out because all the competition puts SCM to shame. Sure each site has their good points and bad points, but at least they all have guys who want to be there, and who get rock hard and get their rocks off every single scene. Put one of these limp dicked wonders in any of the competitions' sites, and they probably won't make it out of production let alone into an actual scene that is put out for the paying members to cancel their membership over.
This is not the 1950's, where gay sex and porn has to be hard R rated, with very little sexual content, leaving most to the viewer's imagination.
Just some constructive criticism, but I honestly think SCM would be doing well for themselves by basically firing all the current "talent", and starting over with completely new guys who are rock hard, and raring to go. Instead of spending thousands and thousands of dollars on expensive trips, and prizes, instead spend it on recruiting new talent: actual TALENT! Invest in one or two employees whose job is to seek out, recruit, and sign new talent laying out very clear expectations.
Also, I would highly recommend cutting down on the solo/audition videos, no one gets into those. Anyone can go to xtube, pornotube, and many others to watch straight guys jack off on camera for free at any time, we're not paying to watch solo scenes of guys jacking off. The solo/audition scenes should be limited to introducing the new guy who will be performing an action scene next. I know of very few people who actually enjoy watching a solo scene of a guy jacking off on camera, unless it's to tease us and give us a taste of the new guy who will be appearing in the next action scene.
Speaking of action scenes, SCM is extremely piss poor in the frequency and quantity of the action scene updates. One time a year or so ago it was a FULL MONTH before there was a new "action" update...and once it finally occurred...it was the typical SCM idiotic, boring, insanely annoying non-action B.S. that I fast forwarded through until the limp dicked/painful to watch "action" finally started. I probably don't need to go into how quickly I cancelled my membership in complete disgust at what a terrible paysite SCM has become, yet it is THE most unreasonably priced paysite I have ever belonged to.

Broke Straight Boys, Like-em-straight, and countless others have been doing this for years, and their guys (most of them anyway) truly are completely straight, and many of them have never messed around with another guy in their entire life. However, they never fail to get rock hard, and shoot huge loads whether they're fucking, getting blown, and in some cases, getting fucked themselves for the first time ever.
Sorry to sound so negative, but unfortunately SCM has become really bad, and needs a complete makeover, starting with COMPLETELY new in-front-of-the-camera talent.
