OK I got a scenario/ question for you guys out there. I am bi , none of my friends know it. I have a friend who I think is either a gay or bi in the closet obviously. Let me tell you my reason why. When we were in college he was very anti-gay and always talks to me making gay jokes..etc most of you guys know what Im talking about typical straight gay guy jokes. Also this is soo cliche but he is a HUGE Tom Cruise fan! He is obsessed with him, and will "joke" about hooking up with him. I mean we all know about Tom Cruise and gay guys. Secondly I was talking to a friend of his once when we were all a little tipsy, and his friend said that he would always try to show him his cock, or flash it etc. He has not done that to me though. Finally this may be small but when he was joking with me one time he made reference to the word "twink". Now I thought most st8 guys wouldn't even know what a twink even is. So i tested it with my other friends one night and they had no idea what a twink was. So after all this and other small things I kinda think that he is a repressed homosexual. Am I crazy or does this sound like a classic closet case? Maybe someone else out there has a same situation or knows more. What do my fellow JUB'rs think?;)
 
Yeah, I think Twink isn't even a term many gay guys would even use much... it's just that gay.

That guy either full blown likes guys, or has definitely tested the waters enough to know certain things.
 
I dunno about all that. I know of at least two of my straight friends who have used the word "twink". I was actually stunned by one of them - he seemed so not the type to know. :)

That said, he could certainly be gay. But I wouldn't toss around terms like "classic closet case" or "repressed homosexual", seeing as I'm not sure if I'd have to start calling you "pot" or "kettle" there. :)

If you want to know if your friend is gay or bi then why are you asking us? We don't know him or you, and even if we did and we had intimate knowledge of your friend I don't think neone here would out him.

So the morale of the story, if you want to know if he is gay or bi ask him. Maybe get drunk first, but if you aren't planning on pursuing anything with him, then really what does it matter if he takes it up the butt?
 
I had a roommate earlier in my college career who constantly played World of Warcraft, and I heard him use the word 'twink' while referencing something in that game. I was immensely confused, for obvious reasons.

I don't think you'll find out about him until he finds out about you.
 
Relaxin: In online gaming the word "twink" means something like buffing up a character, in layman's terms, making your online persona stronger. I know it's a bizarre use of the term.
 
It's not really. Twink in gaming is to make your character powerful beyond it's level. In world of warcraft terms, that means getting it the best dungeon gear, the best chants, the best of the best. All of that requires gold. Lots and lots of gold. So essentially in gaming when you twink your toon you become a sugar daddy.... that's my two copper. :D
 
I would guess he could be gay or bisexual or curious but I mean its purely a guess. I dont know anyone straight who knows/uses the word twink. The first time I heard that term was in porn, maybe he did too... As for flashing people when drunk, I have heard of straight guys doing that too, flashing everyone at a party when they got really really drunk, does he do other things when drunk that might indicate he could be gay like touching guys etc.? Sometimes you notice that stuff when they are drunk and inhibitions are down. anyways this is all a guess and even if he is gay he may be really deep in the closet and if hes saying all that homophobe stuff hes probably not ready to accept it anytime soon, imo
