Isn't the problem whether you ate or not? Maybe I don't have much experience, but if I know I'm gonna be with a guy I try not to eat a few hours prior so nothing can slip out. Because arent you basically pushing/opening up your asshole when getting rimmed or fucked? I'm confusedd.
