On your Mac...open the video in Safari and watch it (or let it finish loading/buffering)
Then press CMD + OPT + A...this opens up a secret window that tracks your internet activity.
Scroll down to the name of this thread in the list, and expand all the "offspring" line fully as far as you can
Look to the very right and find the video/file with the largest size (usually will be in MB or GB, while all the other miscellaneous files will be in KB)
Press OPT while double clicking on the file. It will then then start downloading into your default download folder (which is usually "Downloads" unless you have changed it)...
