Yeah, it doesn't make sense. They should be going after xtube or xhamster or whatever other site that is actually HOSTING the video...there's no reason to go after the smaller boards that are linking to it. It's the same rules as sharing music...you can get in trouble for hosting music files, you can't get in trouble for linking to them.

It just doesn't make any sense.

i really dont get it...why stop it now, it has been going on for a long time now...plus i remember that most videos were coming from non paying sites such as tube8 or porntube so i dont see the point when u talk about lenghty video opposed to teasers...When i go on tube8 or pornhub its absolutely free to watch a 16 minutes video so why is it so here?and once again why just react now without having posted any warning...
