The "customer" better known as "the sandwich whore" probably wanted it up the ass, didn't get it, and screamed for justice.

I think Subway should be fined for firing an employee for nothing. He didn't do anything wrong ON the job. What he does outside is his own business...

That's just it--Subway can fire anyone they want for any reason other than gender, race, handicap, etc---As Blue pointed out Missouri is a "at will" state as is the one I live in.
 
Am I the only one who keeps seeing the title of this thread, reading "Subway fires" as noun noun, and having a quarter-second of confusion when I can't figure out what a pornstar could possibly have to do with fires in the subway?

He's never done porn that I know of. The guy wasn't fired for being GAY; if they did that Subway would cut their workforce by two thirds. I bet they'd fire a straight pornstar too, though maybe not as quickly. Also the women are harder to recognize because they're whorepainted for the movies, and no one, not even real whores, wears that much makeup in real life.
