It's tempting to take some kink, fetish, or imagined scenario and make something up and post it online, like on Reddit or someplace, and say it happened to me. But then I realized that there's already way too much bullshit on the internet, and I sure don't need to contribute to it.

But what I eventually did was to post stories on JUB Gay Stories section, so I could still get those made up stories out there. But there would be no pretense that I was describing actually happened.

This is fact. Facebook especially. It's so obvious because entire groups I've been on went silent after the Presidential election.

But then we've seen so many stories about right wing orgs creating so many bots because they could. The Kochs, the ruzyanz...and others thought in the earlier golden days that they would be able to flood every site with bullshit.

I am sure that at one time 'The World's Biggest Gay Forum' as JUB advertises itself as must have been too tempting for so many poli-op troll farms.

I was away for a few years when my only Internet access was at the public library - which blocked adult sites.

Now that smartphones are ubiquitous and inexpensive and unlocked Wifi is widely available...I'm back to stay.

New York Times reporting the uptick in ruZzian troll farm traffic ahead of Tuesday's election. I have to say that I am a little suprised that JUB didn't get this, this time around, given the critical importance of these mid-terms.
