  • Hi Guest - Did you know?

sugar daddy

Many times -- mmm, they're so good. So sweet and hard and golden brown. Tastes so good in your mouth, but you have to keep licking them for hours.

(You are talking about the old-fashioned candy on a stick, aren't you?)

is that what a sugar daddy is?...have always wondered?...get asked alot if I need one

Most of my boyfriends either have the same income as me or a little under, so I would occasionally "spring for lunch" and so on.

Only one boyfriend had more money than me, and he used it to influence me, even though I tried to keep it 50 - 50. I can safely say I prefer my usual pattern.

but heres a song for you guys to ponder

Hedwig And The Angry Inch -
Sugar Daddy

I've got a sweet tooth
For licorice drops and jelly roll.
Hey Sugar Daddy,
Hansel needs some sugar in his bowl.
I'll lay out fine china on the linen
And polish up the chrome
If you've got some sugar for me,
Sugar Daddy bring it home.

Black strap molasses,
You're my orange blossom honey bear.
Bring me Versace blue jeans
And black designer underwear.
We'll dress up like the disco-dancing jet set
In Milan and Rome.
If you got some sugar for me,
Sugar Daddy bring it home.

Oh the thrill of control,
Like the rush of rock and roll,
It's the sweetest taste I've known,
If you've got some sugar bring it home

When honey bees go shopping
It's something to be seen.
They swarm to wild flowers
And get nectar for the queen.
And every thing you bring me
got me dripping like a honeycomb,
And if you've got some sugar for me,
Sugar Daddy, bring it home.

Oh the thrill of control,
Like a Blitzkrieg on the roll,
It's the sweetest taste I've known,
So if you've got some sugar
Bring it home.
Oh come on, Sugar Daddy, bring it home!

Whiskey and French cigarettes,
A motorbike with high- speed jets,
A Waterpik, a Cuisinart,
And a hypo-allergenic dog.
Oh, I want all the luxuries of the modern age,
And every item on every page
In the Lillian Vernon catalogue.

I LOVE that song! ^

But to answer the question: No, I've never had a sugar daddy. I tend to prefer to pay my own way. I'm independent like that. ;)

Being the older "gentleman" I supposed I'd be a candidate for being one.

I'm comfortable, but I'm not rich by any means.

I just wouldn't want to control someone that much anyway. It's a pretty lame way to guarantee sex.

ditto ......

my bf of 10 years (passed away) was a college student & intermittently employed therefore...

i bore all the household expenses & we both generously spent on my discretionary income.....

but the $$$$$ was NEVER an issue between us, nor did or would I ever lord it over him that I paid the bills, etc......

in fact, it was difficult for his family to understand how co-equal we really were, despite our difference in age (21 years) and income....

when i was away at work, he had unfettered access to our home and property and my accounts....in fact, i often relied heavily on him to manage our home and bills ... which he did with great honesty and concern....

even though, however.....i could often sense his feelings of "not contributing equally"....but i considered $$$$ to be only a very SMALL part of our relationship.....

emotionally and responsibly, he carried his part of the relationship VERY well...

even our friends didn't look at me as a sugar daddy....because i wasn't......

god, i miss him.....

My last BF had a significant amount of money, but that's not enough to keep me with someone. There has to be more than just money.

Money can be a real problem in a relationship if it's not handled properly. My ex and I agreed to merge our finances when we moved in together. That was a big mistake on my part because he had an uncontrollable spending habit.

When we broke up I decided to be generous and split our debts 50/50 even though he had incurred most of them. Soon after he declared bankruptcy.

His new lover was much smarter and insisted on keeping their money separate until my ex proved he could control his spending. Which he has now pretty much done after many years.

Sugar Daddy is an older gentleman that supports you in trade for sex,,pays your bills, buys you clothes and gifts. Even cars and houses !!! I wish I had 1 !!

Based on your description it doesn't sound like a bad lifestyle, especially the cars and houses ;)

thats not a complete description

reality is much less glam...........trust me

I had one when I was 18, but ended up feeling "icky" about the whole situation. I'm too old to have one now. I could not be one either.

Sometimes I think I need one ;)

I wouldn't though. There has to be something to draw me to a person and money isn't it.
