You've probably all heard of swimming carnivals of the 50's, 60's and early 70's where it was mandatory that all boys swim nude.
This was where their moms, sisters and female cousins and family friends watched and cheered them on from the bleachers.

But I'm not seeing any of this, going by the any of the photographs ?
I'm thing they'd see their naked state as 'norma' - with all their buddies in the same state ?

If the practice was re-introduced as 'optional' - I'd be interested to know what percentage of boys would say 'yes' to the option ?
I'd also like some feed-back from you older guys, as to whether you, your father or uncles, swam openly nude in these times - and how did you or them feel about it ?

I love to swim naked it's the best. I remember when I had a driving job and I had to stay overnight in some towns and I go for a late swim and take my shorts off and swim naked. So exciting .
