It varies.

I have taken vitamins, NAC en magnesium citrate maybe combined with l-citrulline (l-argine) and maybe some lion's mane powder and/or l-theanine in the past and certainly some milk thistle.

Probably left a few out.

Ashwagandha I have purchased in the past, but never used yet.

These to offset the increased brain damage/strain of (then legal in The Netherlands) RC-stims, to prevent vasoconstriction somewhat and in the case of milkthistle to help repair the liver.

Lion's mane has been touted as restorative to brain health. I'm skeptical.

Since I eat a healthy diet of freshly prepared foods, most of them fresh fruit and vegetables, I shouldn't really need any of these now, where it not that we have been drinking my Tunesian-German friend's favorite drink (he's what I call a Jack Daniels Muslim) since Sunday regularly combined with insufflated DPT (a triptamine, in lieu of formerly legal cathinone stimulants) and various formulations of poppers.

So, I might purchase some milkthistle for the alcohol.

I don't think you normally need any of these long term as much as I need to lay off the booze more and become much more conservative with my recreational drug use.
