It is possible, but highly unlikely. I have a friend who contracted HIV by having a positive guy cum in his mouth. However, he had lost a tooth and the hole in his gum hadn't completely healed over. That is an extraordinary circumstance, however.

Be certain before you blow that you haven't had any serious dental work done recently, including a cleaning.
