Yes! When I worked in the city, I'd do that. The park was a popular place with all the college students due to the many colleges and universities located nearby. Spring through summer were the best. Sometimes, I caught a view up some shorts but that was a rarity.

I also loved riding the metro too. The sights not only on the train but also on some of the platforms.
