Switching Sexs (Dating)

I have always thought honesty is the single most important thing in any relationship.

Yeah, honesty is the best thing! I was looking at if I did tell her than she might break it off with me. A look of women don't do the bisexual thing it a turn off to them.
 
I would say that it depends on the individual guy. How strong is your attraction to men exactly? If you think that your attraction to men could play a role in the relationship at some point down the road, then I would tell her early. It's basically perspective:

1) Do you want her to know every little detail of you, including your people, men and women, you find attractive? You can tell her because you want a completely honest relationship.

2) You do not necessarily have to divulge this information to her as you are dating her, and only her. Of course, this is not as honest as the first perspective, but your interests lie with her anyway. As I said earlier, unless you have plans on having a boyfriend, a fuckbuddy, or a random sex with men on the side, it really should not become an issue.

Ultimately, it is your decision.
 
I'm not even going to lie to you. I really am ready to switch to dating guys, but it's so much easier finding a girl that you can trust, than a guy. I been having trouble finding the right guy for me, and all the guys I look for doesn't have the qualities I'm looking for. I can't really find a guy that can be trusted. Most guys just want sex, and no relationship. When I date a girl they want a relationships. It's just really difficult to find a guy I can trust. I would love to find my real true love from a guy, but haven't. I would to have a guy love me for me, and not be cheated on, and etc.

You're 19. There's plenty of time to date, whether it is men or women. While it is a part of your life, do not make dating your whole life. I cannot say that I know what your circumstances are, but when the time is appropriate, move to a bigger, gay-friendly city as you will find many more many who are open with their sexuality leading you to the guys you would like to find.

You're in North Carolina, the bible belt. Charlotte is definitely becoming a fast-growing city, so why not give that a shot? As far as difference between men and women, you are correct that men want sex moreso than women. However, no one said that dating men or finding men to date would be easier? Different; yes. Easier; not necessarily.

So, here's my advice concisely: 1) Do not make dating a focal point of your life and 2) do not make dating one sex a focal point whenever you decide to date. You will miss out on some great people that way.

Thanks James04, I see where your coming from. Yeah, I like making new friends from knowing other people, but they only can be a friend of mine if they are real and not fake to others. I hate making/meeting fake people.
