First time I've come across this thread, too! Love Paulo's photo and his post. Yes, it makes sense that you get more pleasure there than from your balls, possibly because of its proximity to the prostate. Though I'm no anatomist, looking at a simple diagram online suggests that the testicles reach the prostate "the long way 'round"; whereas, the base (root?) of the penis appears to have much closer contact. For me, pressure on the dick root/top of the ball sack, as well as on the perineum, gives enormous pleasure.
