As individual human beings, we are indowed with so many attributes and qualities, that it would be almost impossible to name them all at one particular time.
One of these awesome attributes that we are born with, is the sense of our own being. The ability to judge what we perceive to be right for our own exsistence. The power to keep ourselves from harm, and to heal ourselves, when we are wounded.
This power can not be taken from us, not in any situation here on earth. As long as we are able to breathe, are able to comprehend things for ourselves, and are able to judge out lives, and the things within it, and around it, it can never be taken. Our power has to be given freely, to those around us. We alone are the keepers of our own essence. It's this very thing that connects us to ourselves, whether a person believes its a higher power, or the higher self, it keeps one's feet grounded while being thrown throughout this world.
For many, this power is freely shared with many, for some, it may only be shared with one other individual. Either way, its up to us, to only share this power, as we see fit. We as individuals have to understand how to share this power, without giving it totally over to any one person. It is when we give our total power over to another, that we seize to have control of our "essence" and start to exsist, instead of live. More times then not, when we as individuals are hurt, by another person, whether it be a lover, a friend or a family member, it is result of our having given up total control, of ourselves. And most generally, it takes twice as long to heal, then it did to give that power over.
Taking this power back, can happen just as quick as it was given. There has to be a sense of authority, over ones' own life. We must understand that nothing in this world, has the ability to cause us any harm, unless we ourselves, let it. We are our own redeemers! We and only we alone, can save our selfs from drowning in this pool of misery. It is up to us, to understand the fundamentals of being and individual, and the power that we were born with. And then in the moment of knowing or understanding, it is up to us, to have faith within ourselves, and to demand our power be taken back!
In the very moment that we choose to take our power back, those that have done us harm, are doing us harm, or want to do us harm, seize to exsist, within the confinements of our soul. Although they may still be in our lives, we, in a sense, see them through different eyes, and they then become a stranger to our hearts.
So. For those that have taken their power back, Rock on!, For those that are drowning in the sea of misery, here's a life jacket, now take it, and use it, to beat the shit out of the one who has control over you!
