Some people like sun dried tomatoes on pizza. I suppose dehydrated watermelon might work just as well.

I've never tried pineapple on pizza, but I might if there were also little cubes of ham in the mix of toppings. More likely on a 'white' pizza. Fruit and cheese work well together.

Pineapple isn’t terrible on a pizza but it wouldn’t be something I order myself

I occasionally order a chicken club pizza. It comes with tomato slices. It’s pretty good

And I think tomato would be pretty good in a fruit salad.
