The Queen Project brings together three of the most under-rated female singers of our time! Tamia, Kelly Price and Deborah Cox have gotten together to record an album (kinda like Australian Idol's Young Divas).

These girls can sang!

I wonder how this union happened. All three ladies are cool singers. I just hope the material that they choose/have chosen to record isn't boring. Honestly, I think that lackluster material is the reason why neither of them has achieved commercial success commensurate with their respective talent.

I love all their voices. I seem like Kelly Price's career dwindled after she lost all that weight. I cannot wait until this comes out. They really are underrated, its sad people don't know quality music.

Their 3-part harmony is Off-the-Chain...Their voices were born to blend.....

I don't think Kelly's "weight" mattered at all...Kelly went gospel which is a wonderful thing...She's been sorta going back and forth...She had some success early on with her solo career then she appeared to be lost...

Tamia dropped the most Dramatic radio-friendly Mainstream singles out of the three..Unforutnately she wasnt package for the world of Pop.."Stranger in my house" should have been a crossover #1 Hot 100...The Duet she did with Halle's ex (i forget his name) was HOT...

Deborah was doing her thing off broadway last year...

I hope the Ladies go on Oprah or some sort of venue that will help sell the project...

If your name ain't Beyonce, Mary j. or Alicia the industry really don't wanna fool with you...

Still remember being BLOWN AWAY by Deborah's voice on "How Did You Get Here". I mean, I knew the girl could sing, but she tore it down on that one..|

Tamia's "I'm So Into You" is my JAM!!!!

Never really followed too much of Kelly's stuff.

Like I said earlier, they are three of my favorite singers. Kelly's take on 'As We Lay' is classic and I actually prefer it to the original. Deborah's 'Who Do You Love' is constantly playing on my Ipod.

Tamia is my favorite actually. She has a song called' Smile' that I think is one of the best songs I've ever heard!

^ I like "Smile" too. Sometimes I don't get how they are slept on. Some of my favorite tracks from them:

All of them found success on the Billboard R&B/Hip-Hop chart in the late 1990s and early 2000s, but only Deborah has actually been in the top 10 on the Billboard Top 100 charts. The problem is with urban radio since it tosses artists like them (and Toni Braxton) into one format (Urban Adult Contemporary) and never really promote them beyond that although 2 of the 3 of them have crossover potential...
