Hi Rob Your yesterday dinner was so light. You must be in good shape. I mostly have a heavy dinner. Like rice, protein or high-carb foods. I also enjoy sweets and I think I'm addicted to sugar a lot lol. In fact, my belly is getting bigger and bigger each day I'm happy that the weather in the UK is wonderfully warm and sunny now. Hi Gary I know you are strong and will get through the pain. Hope it will be less and lesser pain. As for the Jungle, I lived in Nonthaburi which locates pretty close to Bangkok city so no, I don't have jungle nearby where I live. If you want to get acquainted to the nature in Thailand, you must go to the North, the East, the West or the South where things are much more simple and authentic than the main city

Hey Tim As Asians especially Thai people, our skin are much more tanner than the Westerners. I can say than most of us are concerned of getting ourselves whiter. It's the old perception of beauty that are still exists in Thailand. Although, there are new ways of thoughts that try to change the old ideas of beauty but that's the minority of us. Do you know that some women and Thai gay men try to lotion their nipples from darker and browner tone to pinkish or some Thai gay men try to have a surgical operation to whiter their cocks. So absurd, I know
