Good Sunday evening, Tao!

I was thinking that since Sunday is a holy day in the West, though we’re getting away from that with secularization, what is religion like in your part of the world? Then I remembered your post where you said your religion is worshipping your man. Sounds like as good a religion as any.

Good Sunday to you too, John I’m cringing so hard right now. Did I seriously post “My religion is worshipping my man”? Why would I post that? A wave of embarrassment just hit me. I don’t even remember posting it.

I’m actually an atheist. In Thailand, most people are Buddhist and take religion pretty seriously. I usually try to stay away from the topic because I don’t really think about religion in my daily life but I do understand how much it means to most people. At the end of the day, I respect everyone’s beliefs. I just express myself differently.

Like a girl in a 30 Seconds to Mars music video once said, “Some people believe in God, I believe in music. Some people pray, I turn up the radio.”

I’m sorry about that, I confused you with a reply someone else posted. I went back to that religion thread, and saw that it was indeed somebody else’s post. So you’re safe, you are not the “man worshipper.” Now I’m the one who’s embarrassed. Mea culpa.
