I'm pretty good, smashed my cycle class and still had energy to jog about 1/4 of the way home :D
 
Yeah I hadn't had one since I was actually in Tassie but I don't think I'll have one again lol.

And nice job man! There's nothing like knowing you're getting fitter. I've been doing interval training in the sand (kills your calves -_-).

Do you ever go to the gym with anyone? I used to have a couple of jogging partners but they got busy. It's a shame, its much more fun to have some else there.

oooo sand training would be really painfull, I remember seeing it on the biggest loser.

I very very occasionally go with one of my sisters so most of the time it's just me - hence why I stick to group classes :)
 
The last season of biggest loser is the only one I've seen, but part of me wanted to get fat so I could go on the show :P

They do heaps of fun shit!

You could always star in your own workout videos and post them on here ;) I'm sure it would rate pretty well
