Pretty good. Found out my proficiency for lifesaving is this Sunday and not a month away as I had thought. So I'm a little anxious. I haven't done nearly as much training as I had wanted to.

I'm tired now because I squeezed in a run, a pool swim and an ocean swim today. FUUUUU. I hope I pass.
 
I don't really I just break down into a nervous mess. As a result I usually go over the top trying to compensate. So I'll spend the rest of the week getting little sleep and doing more exercise than is healthy :P (boy am I glad I don't have to deal with exams anymore -_-)

Yeah its annual, I was told that it was going to be in October this year though.

Ahh bugger (*8*) exercise is good, just get plenty of sleep too.
