I lie sometimes irl, but I hate when I do. If I have to not tell the truth, I speak in periphrases loose enough to not be outright lies but misleading.

On the internet, I don't think I lied once.
 
I have lied at work, but at the bequest of the next of kin.

I was not happy doing so, but the next of kin had power of attorney.

Lying is too demanding. There's only one truth but many lies. So its just easier and more efficient to tell the truth.

But I do indulge in little social lubrication lies like everyone else.
