He's an Australia telecommunications giant!!!!!!

I just Googled Telstra and found out the truth. Now I KNOW that his bumbling, fumbling English is a put-on job. How slick!

You did a thread about this once before.

This is about the 3-4th thread on the same subject.

I expect a Whatever Happened To Benderboy thread next #-o

I recognized their logo in his avatar.

So what you are saying is that he is a corporation and not an individual account, that "he" is breaking the rules of JUB just by existing on this board?

If that truly were the case he would be banned from JUB and outta site...... :roflmao:

Question,
I used the name of a corporation.
If the corporation found out and want to remove their name off JUB, what happened next ?

^ nah, they have to contact JUB and tell JUB to remove their name.
And if this name is removed i'll use Optus ? and if that name is remove,
i'll use countless other Telephone companies around the world ?

They can find out who you are and where you live. They can order you to stop using the name and, if you continue to use it, they can and will sue you.

So i am a corporation yeeee ha LOL
Yeah, but now you have to pay taxes as a corporation....... Lotsa money.

Actually gsdx is correct. They could sue you, as could any of the other telephone companies (or any corporation) for using their name/logo without permission. They could also come after JUB for allowing the use, but as JUB has its own lawyers and you are just an individual, and JUB can claim no liability for your choices, you are the one likely to be targeted should any company choose to take action.
