I traveled through Belize and Guatemala with a pilot from British Columbia that I met on the bus from Chetumal. He was also a diver and traveling alone, and so I suggested to him that we share hotel rooms to save money. and im trying my best to get them removed as we speak ... i realise that i posted them on here for anyone to see ... but ... for a start ... as has been said numerous times in this thread ... the code of cunduct states that u cannot post someones pics without their express permission ... be it face pics or their cock ... PLUS ... by posting them in the amateur forum i dont leave myself open to flaming ... and those people that r there in the forum r there looking for cock ... besides ... if i wasnt with my bf id prolly have let it go ... but he doesnt want other people seeing it ... and i respect his wishes ... so i asked for it to be deleted and im removing the pics from the amateur forum ... to be honest id completely forgotten bout them ... i didnt even realise theyd still be in there ... i thought they'd have been deleted by now ... it was way back in january i posted them ...

If you want to have control over your pictures, then upload them to your hidden album and copy them from there into the thread. Then when you want them to disappear, simply delete them from your album and the ones in the threads will disappear also.

I disagree, BTW, about needing permission to use a pic once its posted here. It may be the courteous thing to do but I don't see it as necessary. You've already given it wings to fly and set it loose by posting it in a public forum on the internet. It would be different if someone took a pic from your home and then posted that.

I assume that the C of C (not to be confused with the Chamber of Commerce) also prohibits the posting of COPYRIGHTED pictures (into one's gallery) from elsewhere without permission, and some of us certainly remember the major uproar last year with many people having galleries loaded with copyrighted pictures. Even now there's a good chance there are quite a few scattered among some galleries, perhaps cropped to snip away the copyright information in some cases. So, there is certainly precedent for pictures being used without permission on the internet.

In no way is it limited to this site, or for that matter to porno sites. It's not at all cool to use photos that way, but it's almost inevitable in the cyber-world. I'm sure that I've used copyrighted photos (without checking adequately) very likely even more than once in the various photo threads in the F&G forum.

Well... let's assume the pic was nabbed out of your gallery, and not simply copied and pasted from a forum because you didn't post it there... In other words, someone actually had to go to find it first.

It's probably too little too late for righteous indignation, but I find what I described above to be different from nicking one out of the self-pics forum. In your gallery, someone has to actually go hunting for it if they're interested. Once someone propagates it on your behalf... it's kinda like coming home and finding your stash of porn/weed/whatever lying on the kitchen table when you know the last time you saw it it was hidden under your bed behind the skateboard underneath the guitar in that shoebox cunningly labelled "Undergrad Physics Notes."
