This is Logo's answer to The Real Housewives.

It's okay. I like some of the guys, but others are annoying, especially Austin. I thought Mike Ruiz's hair looked hideous. He's a very sexy guy to me, but that hair almost negated his sex appeal.

It looks like Reichen, Austin, and Reichen's bf will form the center of the show in the form of a love triangle.

I'll watch it again, but only because there are gay guys on it.
 
havent seen it yet, but im gonna check it out. "the real houswives of atlanta" is entertaining in a completely ridiculous, trashy way, and i was actually thinking while watching that show: "they should make a gay version of this." so here it is.

of course there is nothing "a-list" about those guys... ruiz is the only one who has a legitimate claim to fame, and i kinda recognized lehmkuhls name, although i had to wiki him to remember what he was known for (he used to be the boyfriend of the gay n'sync guy). but of course, like with rhwoa, almost all the fun will come from the glaring gap between how important those guys think they are, and how pathetic they really are.
 
I think the show is fine as long as one doesn't really take it too seriously. Like the housewives show, these people are about as vapid and vain as they come. I love when they contradict themselves.
Austin calling Reichen BF "brazilian arm candy"...... ummm, and what was your claim to fame?
And can someone please tell people that "spray tan" looks horrendous when caked on.....
I think the A in A list might stand for "Asinine"

The hairdresser and his assistant are so catty and fun to watch. I loved when they said if "My Big Gay Wedding" was terrible that they would say it was "delicious". I love the Reichen love triangle. His Latin boyfriend is hot! Austin is a mess! I'll be watching.
 
show was fun to watch as long as people don't start bitching that it gives gays a bad name who gives a crap its just tv....ps love the theme song but can't find it anywhere

so, i watched the first episode. its more or less what i expected, which is to say its very, very stupid. but while it cant even hope to be as hilarious as the write-up on project rungay, its still entertaining in a "lets laugh at those pathetic morons" kinda way.

the reichen/austin/rodiney (really? rodiney? really?) triangle looks like fun. reichen reminds me of casper van diens character in starship troopers: handsome, good-natured, and completely brain-dead. austin is hilariously nasty, and rodiney will fill the void that casanova left when he was booted from project runway. all three are easy on the eye.

derek, austin, and ryan arent particularly pretty, and thus my interest wanes quickly. if i just want to watch stupid queens embarass themselves i can just go to the next gay bar. in my eyes stupidity needs to be attractive to be entertaining.

oh, and there is mike ruiz, who looks like he wandered in from a different show because he appears to be the only one who isnt completely asinine.
 
Mike Ruiz is way too good for this shit.

Reichen is not nice at all. He is a famewhore who will use anyone to get in front of a camera. And he struts around like he's Matt Damon or something. He never got famous for Amazing Race.
 
ok....thought it was going to be really stupid....and it was but in a I'm totally gonna watch this every week and get sucked into it kind of way.
 
It's funny Moe, I get where you are coming from, but I would only watch it because it's about gays.
 
Am I the only one questioning logo's motive lately? I mean lately all the shows on their channel make gay guys look just like stereotypical gay guys. I mean there are gay guys who like sports and we're not all the same. I hope they would put on talk about gay issues and topics but yet all we have is gossip queens which from the two episodes I watched all they do is take about celebs. I just hope they would show more than rupaul, buffy and queer as folk(edited by the way, which sucks imo).
Ok, I'm done and I'll get off the soapbox, and I'm sorry if I offended anyway, that's not my intention just my opinion about a-list and logo

Theyre all awful. The only person who is not seems to be Mike Ruiz. Reichen is so awful he just loves the drama of "everyone is fighting over me!" I hated when he was referring to his drama as what gay relationships are. Bitch please.
 
The worst person of them all is Reichen, fucking hate that type of people who act like they are so good and innocent but they are always the ones that bring the drama, he's so not attractive! Mike Ruiz does seem to be the only decent guy there... well it's all fake anyway lol.

I agree. I'm so annoyed by the entire cast it's not funny. As someone said earlier, it's everything I hate about gay men and more.
