The Amazing Race - Unfinished Business (All-Star)

One of the GTs peeing on the wall of the National Library? How low class is that? No respect shown. If racers get time penalties for breaking speed limits, what can you do about boorish behaviour?

Until now I really haven't had a favorite team.

But, now I really want Justin & Zev to win. Also, glad they won the cars.

I thought that was pretty crude and disrespectful as well. He just came out of a building that had to have public lavs...so it wasn't like there were no other options...wtf?! Plus, he knew he was on camera (not that no cameras makes it any more acceptable.) I guess in the heat of the race they can easily lose their wits....but that's no excuse in this instance.

I was pretty appalled at the GTs lack of respect for a national monument, especially after being inside and seeing the incredible beauty of the place. I don't care for them anyway and would find any excuse to bash those louts.

I wonder if people will say they cowboys were cheated out a win again this time.

There's no gay guy and his brother to blame this time.

Yeah but the race would have been a completely different animal if information was not passed among the other people. How many of them would have had to do the bicycles over again if Zev had not passed the right distance to them? At least the cowboys worked out their own race and didn't rely on others for information.

But with a Double U-Turn looming, wasn't Justin smart to offer that info so he and Zev would be safe? Being helpful can make it easier to get to Final Three.

Of the Cowboys, Cord was the smarter. Jet couldn't measure distance or decode the flag symbols in the first epi.

I think you're right the race would have ended differently if the other teams hadn't shared info.

I liked the cowboys and it wouldn't have minded if they had won.

During the cowboy's last race Dan and Jordan had a facebook page and you wouldn't believe the things people posted there, claiming they had cheated. (There was a clear anti-gay undertone to the remarks that was hard to miss) The remarks continued even after the show told people that the cowboys arrived at the final check-in 25 minutes after the brothers and that the brothers had not broken any race rules.

So, I can help but wonder what those people are saying today.

Dan & Jordan are yesterday's news.
There are pros and cons to running your own race vs. choosing to share info back and forth in the earlier legs.
If Justin and Vyxsin were able to get the correct mileage on their own then Jet has no one to blame but himself. If he hadn't ditched Gary, he might have been offered the info as well.

Obviously there is also a danger in sharing info. Luke and his Mom shared info to the others in the flag decoding and they are gone, not in that ep but later.

And whale mouth and her dad should be gone but the silly feat that they had to accomplish could have been done by a 5th grader. I liked it a lot more when they were stripped of belongings, money etc and had to beg to get to the next stop. It has become so easy to complete the extra task that it is almost moot.

Thank you for just dismissing my opinion offhand. Next time I'll be sure and check with you to find what's news and what isn't before I post.

^No dismissing mine, then offering yours is the thing that bothers me.

You don't have to want to talk about the same things I want to talk about. You could ignored what I said and just posted your Kent Vyxsin post.

I was really pissed last night. First of all, the GTs rarely ever solve a puzzle or figure out a clue on their own -- they almost always ask someone else for the answer. And the other Racers just give it to them. Yet, they've shown in both this season and their previous season that they're not above dicking someone else over. It sucks that everyone falls all over them because they're Harlem Globetrotters, or because of their fake "nice guys" act.

With Jet & Cord eliminated, the only teams I'm still rooting for are Kisha & Jen and Zev & Justin.

I'm with you 5000% except it is Zev and Kev all the way for me. The girls have too much pussy juice flowing for the GTs.

The last episode disgusted me. If not the cheese then the content. Did anyone else get the feeling everyone was ganging up on Jet and Cord? That felt really weird and unwarranted, practically sharing ANSWERS with every team besides them!?!

I will never under why teams don't use the U-Turn when given the opportunity. Can someone explain this to me? Is it a karma conscious thing?

Yes, sorry to see Jet & Cord go, and I'm now rooting for Gary & Mallory to win it all though it looks like Zev & Justin are the odds on favorites at this point- which I don't mind. I like 'em as well.

I guess if they know that they are so far ahead that they don't need too. Also I guess from what Kent & Vyxsin said they can only do a U turn 1 time during the race. When they got to the U turn they said something like we have already used our U turn (when they U turned the girls). So they don't want to "waste" it. But how would they know if there will be another U turn in another leg.

oh my....Justin and Zev....that was too close. I was cheering for Kent Vyxsin...come on take the cab, take the cab....and they did.

After being told what each detour involved, search looked easier. You didn't imagine how much digging was actually involved. Be it a lack of sleep, race stress or whatever but Kynt had become very unlikeable in the last 2 or 3 legs, so I'm not sorry they messed up. As long as the GTs go next I'll be happy. Re: the preview - waxing furry otters is just wrong. Alert PETA - LOL...
