How does a fake witch get a 99.8% rating?

I wondered that, too, so I read some of the comments. I came to the conclusion that only the people who believe in spell casting would even consider paying to have the spells cast for them. They also have to believe that the spells were actually cast by her. They would also have to believe that, once she alerted them that the spell was cast, that the spell was actually working.

Disbelievers would never waste money on something like this. Hence, no bad ratings from disappointed customers.
