I like hair everywhere but maybe the back but I would prefer hair in the back than a shaved back. I think I'm alone in that.

Hairy chest great. I like to see a little smooth skin between the armpit and the chest, and I don't care to see the hair wrap around the sides to the back.
If I had a hairy back I'd have it lasered or something because I just don't want either hair or stubble. Fortunately, between my boyfriend and I, we have only about 9 weird little back hair anomalies that just get plucked out during a regular back rub.
And nostrils ears, good call on getting those dealt with too.
