Pictured: The world's smallest car gets out of a tight squeeze

It has certainly got itself into a tight squeeze, but the world's smallest car has every right to be there.
Tucked in between two vans in London's Piccadilly Circus, the Peel P50 is parked squarely by its new home.
The miniature vehicle goes on display today at Ripley's Believe It Or Not! Museum, which promises visitors the ultimate insight into the world of the odd and bizarre.

what demographic is this intended for? MIDGETS!!! my god it looks like those little toy cars kids play in.

European cities are not particularly blessed with a multitude of broad highways.

This car is ideal for the ancient cities of Europe, where narrow streets, are a common enough fact of life.

Also the American person is very familiar with the super large automobile.
European cars are for the most part, much smaller and more compact.

This Noddy car is the ideal transport at a time when financial resources are under great strain. Imagine the very low fuel consumption on this car.

I'm surprised none of my fellow UK jubbers didn't mention that Top Gear reviewed this little gem:

Thanks, Lawnmowerman. A marvellous video clip. Loved the ease of parking this wondrous midget. The intrusion on the news session, was hilarious.

If it could reverse and go a little faster I think a lot of people might buy it.
I would!

my hair is too big for that car, i would need smaller hair.
