Chapter 285 – Rush At The Frat and More Discussion on Trent
I woke up Saturday morning. snuggled up to Thad, his hand on my morning wood, feeling rather nice there, other than the fact he was sound asleep. Bummer. I took the liberty of tickling his balls with my fingertips. He kind of smiled, but that was the only reaction I got out of him, other than his boner poking against Jake. In fact, their two morning hardons were touching one another. I loved this kind of intimacy without having to go all the way. I kissed the back of Thad’s neck. He turned his head around and gently kissed me, then stretched his arms. I pushed my boner up against his ass, and he smiled. I played with this armpit hair as he stretched, making him giggle, as if I was tickling him. Jake finally awoke and gently kissed Thad, then leaned over him to kiss me.
“I gotta piss,” Thad said, then worked his way over Jake, dragging his hardon across Jake’s thighs, to get out of bed and head for the bathroom. Damn, he had a hot ass to watch, as that naked ass moved to the bedroom door, then disappeared. He returned 5 minutes later to retrieve his boxers on the floor at the end of the bed. He smiled. “Thanks, guys, for caring. I love you both very much. I’m gonna shower and get ready for the groundbreaking,” he said, then leaned in and kissed both of us again. That warmed our hearts. Jake and I got up and headed to piss and shower also. We had a little fun in the shower with Thad, although none of us got carried away and had an orgasm, just a nice loving shower together, with three stiff cocks and some asshole probing to go with it.
Before leaving for the groundbreaking ceremony, I checked my e-mails. There wasn’t anything new I hadn’t seen. I was hoping for something from Stoney, wishing us good luck or congratulations or something encouraging from him. There was nothing. I sent him an e-mail, anyway, saying how much we missed having him here for this great event for a building to be built in his honor, to bear his name for generations to come. I promised to send pictures of the ceremony and any articles that might be covered by the press. Then I took some time to explain about Trent our friend, who we thought, may have betrayed his values and our friendship, was now in deep trouble for which we were not certain if he was guilty, but reaching out to us for help, as we were the only ones that ever loved him and treated him as one of us. I told Stoney he was the one that was severely beaten that we took in and nursed back to health, and one of our team, Thad, loved him as a result of helping him heal. I told him we were all so uncertain as to what to do, whether to forget he even existed and ignore his plea for help, or see what we could do to help him. I told him if ever there was a time I needed his advice, it was now. I really didn’t know how to respond to his plea for help. I closed the e-mail saying I loved him greatly and missed him terribly. I wished he would come back and be with us. I sat there for a few minutes wondering if he would answer right away, or maybe not even see my e-mail for hours or even a few days. Waiting to hear form Stoney was a killer. I messed around the office for a good half-hour, but didn’t get any response, so we got the crew together to leave.
The whole crew piled into vehicles and headed to the property ahead of the scheduled ceremony time. Todd and Chad were already there. Trevor and Andy showed up a little after we got there. Jordan come rolling in with his Benz, then Buzz showed up. He had a chrome shovel he wanted to use for the ceremony. It almost looked too nice to stick in the dirt. He said he’d have it cleaned and mounted for us after the ceremony, to hang on a wall in the new dormitory when it was finished. We all liked that idea. Buzz was very proud and excited, all at the same time. Jordan was slapping him on the back. Two peas in a pod, I thought, as I looked at how the two got along together. Yes, I was more than sure, Buzz and Jordan made a better pair than Noah and Jordan. Still, Jordan had to make that decision. I just needed to prod things along a little to help him get to that decision.
The TV station showed up in a van with a satellite dish on the top of it. Marianne also drove up to the site. Buzz gave Marianne a hug. Jordan shook her hand. Then Marianne asked each of us our names and wrote them down. Buzz explained I was the CEO of Stoney Enterprises, Jake the COO, and Jordan was the Assistant Chief Counsel and Finance manager for the company. The rest of the guys were shareholders in the venture as well. Buzz introduced Chad and Todd as the contractors in charge of building the structure. He, of course, was the architect. Buzz presented Marianne with his rendition drawing of what the building would look like when finished. Before we all lined up in our preppy shorts and nice polo shirts, Bill Anderson showed up and congratulated us all.
Pulling me aside, he said, “Nice work. Who’d have ever thought about a dormitory and one designed to fit the lay of the land. That was pure genius. You had me and the seller thinking you were going to have to spend a fortune in site work, when all you did was design something around the land. It looks absolutely great, Josh,” Bill said, shaking my hand.
“You’re not mad are you?” I asked, a little concerned, but not really caring.
“Me? Hell, no. It was genius, Josh. You negotiated like a New York real estate mogul. Damn, boy, I need you to work for me, or at least give me tips on how to market land that seemingly no one wants to buy,” Bill replied. I smiled.
“You did okay yourself through the negotiations. It was the seller we had a hard time with. However, in the end, you came through, Bill,” I reminded him.
“Yeh, well a chance to suck that hot cock of yours, or have you fuck my ass, was a compelling reason to succeed for you, Josh. We still have to consummate this deal. While that little oral action in the car was great, I want to feel that hot cock of yours in my ass. I’m going to hold you to it, my friend,” he whispered.
Seeing they were ready for a picture, we rejoined the group, and lined up according to Marianne’s wishes, with the big sign in the background. We even let Bill stand in the back, just to appease him and make him part of the ceremony. I just hoped his seller didn’t get pissed over him taking part in this. Bill didn’t seem to care, so I sure didn’t.
Jake, Jordan and I held the shovel, with the tip buried in dirt, while Marianne’s photographer took several pictures with the rest of the guys surrounding us. Then, there was a picture of Todd, Chad, Jake, me, Jordan and Buzz. Buzz and Jordan had their arms around each other’s backs. We were all kind of interlocked together like that. Marianne’s pictures, out of the way, the TV station reporter had us actually digging dirt and then did a short interview. Betsy somebody, was the TV reporter, with her cute cameraman taking footage of the event.
“Josh here is the CEO of Stoney Enterprises, a capital investment corporation headquartered in the City with offices here in Uni,” Betsy started off. “Josh, you and your whole management team and shareholders, with the exception of your attorney, are all students here at the University. Is that correct?” Betsy asked, then stuck a microphone in front of my face. I choked for a second.
“Yes, that’s true, which is one of the reasons we decided to do one of our first projects right here in Uni. We did a market study of the area to determine if a private dormitory might be needed and accepted by current and future students,” I replied. “We found a need, and hope to provide an excellent facility with many amenities, not normally associated with a college dorm. Our architect here, Buzz, worked with us to come up with suite formats and a building design that made sense. The contractors, Todd and Chad, are local, their construction company having done many projects throughout the years here in our great town. We expect to hire other local subs to help complete the project and offer employment to many during the construction phase and then the operation phase, after the building is open and full of students,” I replied.
“Well, this is certainly a feat to get people in this town excited. This property has been for sale for a long time, we noted, and your group seems to have captured a way to make it productive and beautiful. I’m sure the seller is happy to see this go to good use. Next question. How did a group of guys your age obtain millions of dollars of capital to invest in such a project? I just find that remarkable. Please tell us how you came into so much funding and who the banks were that trusted your judgement to manage that kind of money?” she asked.
“We have an extremely wealthy benefactor who has entrusted us to invest his money, set up in a trust for us to invest. He thinks we can do better investing the money in projects than what could be made in investments. We’re all business students here at the University, and he really believes we can build a small empire with what he’s pledged to us to work with,” I responded.
“That is amazing, someone who accumulated that much wealth, entrusts the management of it and development to such enterprising young men, such as yourselves. I understand you have other businesses already operating in various parts of the country. Can you tell us a little about those businesses?” she asked. I saw Marianne taking copious notes as Betsy was interviewing me.
“Well, we operate four pub type businesses, one in San Diego, one in Ft. Lauderdale, one in the City and we just opened up a new one here in Uni. So far, it’s taken off extremely well. Come in and try us out. Our food is to die for,” I said, getting a little plug in there.
“Isn’t it a fact that your bar here, located in the renovated bowling alley is a gay bar of sorts?” she asked, almost scaring the bejeebers out of me. I had to control myself and come up with a killer answer.
“Betsy, the CNB is a bar, restaurant and entertainment center with a huge dancefloor and million dollar light and sound system, the best this side of Chicago. It’s for everyone. We had couples night last night where guys and gals on dates or married came to dance, drink and have fun. The place was packed. Yes, we have a gay night, which is Saturday nights. Then we have a Ladies’ Only night on Wednesday nights where there were a couple hundred screaming women there to oogle our male dancers for their entertainment. I thought I saw you there that night. I have to tell you, it almost got out of hand with all the women throwing bras and panties at the dancers. We were all kind of shocked by some of the behavior, but it was all fun and everyone had a great time,” I replied.
“Uh, I must have missed that, but it sounds like fun, ladies, if you want to check them out,” Betsy added.
“Oh, and then we also operate an aviation company out of the City that provides private chartered jet service to anywhere in the nation. We have a Citation jet, two King Air turbo prop planes and one Cessna 310 for shorter jaunts like from the City to Uni here. We’re currently looking at adding another Cessna Citation to our fleet and expanding our hanger footprint at the City airport. So, you could say we could entertain you, transport you and soon, when we finish this beautiful building, we can house you also in a luxury, students have never experienced before. How about that. We think we’re off to a great start, and who knows, Uni may just become the home office of another company like Apple, Microsoft of Amazon, really putting Uni on the map nationwide,” I told her.
“Well, there you have it from a future Steve Jobs or Bill Gates, maybe even someone larger. We have to watch these guys grow, because from what I’ve seen so far, they’re off and running. Keep your eyes on the progress of this building. We’ll bring you progress reports from time to time, and don’t forget to check out the CNB for their food and entertainment. Maybe Marianne and I might have to check out Ladies’ Only night. Right, Marianne? Sounds like fun. This is Betsy, sighing off for Channel Five News.” Betsy thanked me for the interview and said she might contact me from time to time for updates on our company’s progress. She said this type of company is what this town needed for a long time, something other than education. I told her we’d be happy to talk to them anytime.
“Nice job, skirting the gay issue, Jake whispered in my ear.
“Did I do okay?” I asked him, worried about, if I said too much or not enough, or did it come across sincere?
“Babe, you knocked it out of the part,” he replied, squeezing my arm. All the guys said it sounded great.
We finally said goodbye to the news media, happy to be rid of them and their probing questions. I invited Todd, Chad, Jordan and Buzz back to the bar for lunch. Buzz said he’d never pass up an opportunity to eat Fritz’s food. Jordan was delighted he was coming.
Jordan, Buzz, Chad and Todd took a table, with room for Jake and me, but it was a still a little early for lunch. I told Eric to get Todd, Chad and Buzz a beer, we needed to borrow Jordan for a quick meeting. Jordan looked surprised, but followed us into the office. Thad was already there working on last night’s receipts. Jordan looked confused.
“Jordan, we have a problem we need to discuss with you,” I told him. He gave us a look of concern. “It’s about Trent,” I said. He rolled his eyes. We took great pains to explain about his plea for help and what, if anything, could we do. He was happy, along with the rest of us, Trent was safe and recovering, but he was extremely hesitant for getting involved, saying the kid needed to fight his own battles as we had nothing to do with any of this and it wouldn’t look good if word got out we helped defend a male prostitute. He warned about the publicity we could get.
“Josh, you just concluded a fantastic interview with the local news media. Who knows, the networks might pick it up as a human interest story, ‘Young College Students Build New University Dormitory’, or something like that. Then they find out about our entertainment facilities, that was a good line, by the way, then our aviation company. You guys get national attention for your fantastic work, building a new vibrant company and future, as college students, mind you, with a big checkbook. Then a week later, ‘New Vibrant College Student Company Defends Male Prostitute From Uni Involved with Drug Distribution and a Ring of Prostitutes With Dangerous FBI Most Wanted Criminal At Helm’. Don’t you see how that could destroy all that you’ve built? Do you really want to risk this for a kid that you loved and nursed back to health, Thad fell in love with and gave his total heart, you brought him into your family, let him live here with you, and then Thad moved in with him to protect him, then he shuns all of you and goes back with the guy that almost beat him to death, rather than staying with ones that actually loved him and cared for him. I mean, that’s just wrong in the eyes of the public. You guys are the pristine darlings of the business world. We all have an impeccable reputation. You really want to tarnish it all with Trent, who says he hates you guys? Tell me what I’m missing here?” Jordan went on, making us feel rather small for even bringing it up.
“Jordan, we loved the guy at one time. Yes, he made some terrible decisions, but maybe there’s a chance to rescue him from them and make him whole again, change his life for good this time, now that whoever this X guy was, is out of his life, we hope for good,” I explained.
“You don’t know that Trent wasn’t an integral part of all that, Josh. I mean, after all you went through with this guy, you’d think you know him well. Shit, you guys have had your dicks in his ass, showing him how much you loved him, only to find out he was a prostitute later, with a violent pimp calling the shots. Who knows if this whole thing wasn’t a setup to penetrate our organization and get some of Stoney’s money? I mean, we really don’t know. I was so relieved he was safe and healing. I thought I had heard the end of it and we were done with the madness. Do we really want to dive back into it?” Jordan asked seriously. “Don’t you think Stoney would go ballistic and say how reckless we were even entertaining helping this guy? I’d be concerned he’d have second thoughts about us even thinking about helping the guy, saying we were risking everything for nothing. He might want to fire us all, thinking he had made a terrible decision if we were contemplating helping someone like Trent. I just don’t see it, Josh. I just don’t,” Jordan argued.
We all sat there for a few minutes in silence and thought about it. “What if we were able to do it anonymously? I mean that could be arranged somehow. We could get him legal help and do some of the work ourselves anonymously, keeping the source of help private,” I suggested. I saw a spark of hope in Thad’s eyes. Jake was still trying to follow.
“Those things can be found out, Josh. I mean, it’s possible, I guess. I could do a little snooping around. One of the partners in my previous firm is a criminal attorney. I was always scared of him, he did some strange things. I told him not to tell me anything about any of his cases, as I did not want to know how he handled anything. Strange thing is, he was the highest paid attorney in the firm. I’m sure he earned it for all the shit he went through. I didn’t want any part of it. Business law was my expertise and I was sticking to it,” Jordan exclaimed.
“What if you talk to him about what, if anything, he might suggest one do, but without knowledge of who’s funding the project?” I asked. Thad looked hopeful again. Even Jake was anxious to hear.
“Before I do anything on Trent’s behalf, I suggest you share this with Stoney and ask his permission to even consider doing anything in Trent’s regard, Josh. Be a prudent businessman. You’re the CEO and I’m our finance guy and advisor. I advise you to cover your ass and get permission, disclosing everything to Stoney first before you make a move. I love you, man, and I don’t want to see this beautiful relationship, and company we’ve all worked so hard to put together, fall apart before we even have a chance to get it off and running, Josh. You’re going to do great things. I want to do great things to help you do great things. Please don’t fuck up your chances for greatness. It’s there, Josh. I can see where this can go. But if we do stupid things, it could all go down the toilet and Stoney start all over, with new and better talent than us. We just can’t blow our opportunity here. Trent can’t be worth that. He just can’t. I’d feel different if I thought he was really sincere about his relationship with you and the guys, but from what you’ve told me, he just used you guys. Worse than that, he could have been plotting to sabotage our whole efforts and steal our capital. You just never know. I hate to say it, but he knew you guys had money, building the bar for one thing. He knew about the dormitory also. He slept with you guys and you loved him. There are just too many concerns around him to trust him, or ever be comfortable with him again. We can’t jeopardize the whole organization over this one tainted guy. Can you see my point?” Jordan urged.
“I totally understand what you’re saying, Jord, and I agree with most all of it. Your trying to be cautious and protecting us. I’ll discuss this with Stoney and see what he says. Maybe he even has some ideas as to help Trent, or connections in Phoenix where we can find out the truth behind all this. Jordan, you’re right. We can’t let emotion cloud our fiduciary responsibilities to our company and our shareholders. We can’t jeopardize any of that. You’re absolutely right. Let me discuss it with Stoney, if he’ll even talk to me about it. We won’t make a move without you involved,” I assured him. He sighed.
“In some ways, I wish you’d leave me out of this altogether. I really don’t like this kind of criminal law stuff. I’m just a quiet business lawyer. I don’t need the thrill, excitement and danger of criminal law and the clients involved with it. I’m happy with my contracts and business agreements. I really am, guys. Can you tell?” he asked, making me chuckle.
“Jordan, you need to live a little. I’m sure you’d make a damn good criminal lawyer should you ever decide to be one,” I assured him, patting him on the back. He shook his head no.
“Did you run this by Greer?” he asked, out of the clear blue sky.
“No, wanted to kick it off you first,” I replied.
“I’m sure Greer would tell you the same thing I just told you,” Jordan offered.
“Oh, I’m sure he would. Stoney told me one time, not to let the lawyers tell you how to run your business, just tell them it’s their job to get you out of trouble, should you get into it,” I quoted.
“Well, it’s much better to tell you how to avoid trouble before you fall into it. It’s much safer and less expensive that way,” Jordan argued. He did have a point.
“Yeh, but where’s the fun in that?” I asked.
“There’s no fun in going to court and risking the entire venture, Josh. You don’t sleep at night when that happens. Trust me on that,” he replied. Again, he was making too much sense.
“That’s why we love you so much, Jord. You are the wise one and the experienced business attorney, our guiding conscience, we need to listen to,” I told him. He smiled at me. I hugged him and kissed him quickly. He smiled at me again, liking what just happened, but shook his head.
“Get back to me on what you finally decide, and we’ll take it from there. I don’t want you to hate me for telling you my opinion. I don’t want to thwart your creativity at all, Josh. I just want to protect you as best I can, all of us and the company also. There’s a lot at stake anymore. We’re no small business anymore. You just had your first of many exciting press conferences today and were a hit. We need to keep building, not run the risk of blowing it all up. I love you guys too much for that to happen anymore. You own my love now. I could never go anywhere else. I care too much about everything involved with us anymore,” he confessed. I told him I could tell, because of how passionate he argued his opinion here. I told him to go back to Buzz, Todd and Chad, and Jake and I would be along in a minute. I told him to be pleasant to Buzz, as I saw great promise there. Jordan shook his head at me, smiling. He got up and left.
“So now what?” Thad asked. “Guys, I said this before, and Jordan made it crystal clear, we cannot do anything that would jeopardize our business and our friends. I should probably just tell Trent, we’re not in a position to help right now. We still care about him, but there’s really nothing we can do,” Thad said.
“Don’t tell him anything just yet. I want to see what Stoney says. He always has ideas of ways to help out, mostly by getting us to think for ourselves, but he is extremely good on following his gut, and not necessarily all business logic. We need to give him a chance to weigh in,” I suggested. Thad and Jake said they were good with that.
I went and checked my e-mail, but so far, nothing back from Stoney. I began to wonder if he would even comment on my question. I didn’t have a very good feeling. I told the guys we might as well grab some lunch, as we needed to go to the frat right after lunch with Brady, Zach and Ethan. Jake said he couldn’t wait. I was proud of the fact that Taylor made an exception to Jake and adopted him into the frat. But then, Taylor thought of Jake as his brother anyway, being on the gymnastics team together.
Buzz and Jordan were sitting side by side, as Jake and I joined them and Todd and Chad. They were having a lively conversation, mostly about the new project. They were drinking a beer together. Eric asked Jake and I if we wanted a beer. I told him ice tea would be better, as we’d have a beer or two at the frat this afternoon. Eric understood, and told us to tell everyone hello for him. He said he missed his big brother, Taylor. I told Eric, we’d invite him over some time. Eric liked that idea.
“So, did you get your situation with your friend straightened out?” Jordan asked me in front of the others. I wasn’t sure how much he told them, but assumed he hadn’t told them anything about our private discussion.
“No, not yet. Still working on it. I sought additional comments, as you suggested, Jord. That was a good idea you had. We’ll see what the man says,” I remarked. Jordan smiled.
“That’s the safe way, Josh. We need to play it safe,” Jordan emphasized.
“Safe isn’t always as much fun, though, guys,” Buzz chimed in. I raised my eyebrows.
“So what have you done dangerously lately for excitement?” I asked Buzz. Buzz started to chuckle.
“Hell, I walked all the way from our office building to the CNB here with my fly open for one thing,” Buzz replied chuckling.
“Damn, boy, were you advertising or what?” Todd asked. Buzz was still chuckling along with Jordan.
“Wasn’t intending to, but I guess I kind of was,” Buzz admitted.
“Anyone take you up on it?” Chad asked, smiling from ear to ear.
“Jordan was the one that noticed it and had me zip up before we walked in the bar,” Buzz admitted, still half chuckling.
“So, is it as big as he’d let us to believe it is?” Todd asked Jordan. Jordan blushed.
“To tell you the truth, I really didn’t see anything, other than I noticed his fly was open. It was an honest mistake,” Jordan replied.
“Were you intentionally looking at my crotch?” Buzz asked Jordan. Jordan blushed.
“No, I just happened to look down and, well, I just noticed your fly was open. You’re the one that made the joke about it, telling me everyone accused you of having a big dick and you didn’t want it to fall out and drag on the sidewalk as you walked into the bar. I didn’t say anything,” Jordan said smiling, about to laugh again, like they had when it happened.
“Yeh, that was kind of embarrassing, hanging with my new buddy with my dick about to fall out of my trousers,” Buzz said, shaking his head and chuckling. Jordan reached over and squeezed his shoulder.
“That’s okay, Buzz. I don’t mind,” Jordan told him smiling. Buzz gave him a big smile, and half hugged him back.
“I think we have a bromance going on between these two, guys. I swear they get chummier every time we see them together,” I commented. Both of them smiled at us.
“Damn, Buzz, and I thought you and I had something going on after that time in the bathroom when you helped me with my stuck zipper,” Todd reminded him. Buzz started laughing again.
“See, it’s not just me that has this problem,” Buzz stressed. “Todd seems to have a hard time keeping that big dick of his in his pants also.” We all laughed.
“You should see the size of it, though. It’s like parking a Ford Expedition in a garage built for a tiny Fiat. That boy walks around with a hump in his crotch, like he packs a grapefruit down there,” I teased. We all laughed again. Todd looked a little embarrassed. “You know, I think we need to have Todd and Buzz dance for us on a Saturday night sometime. We’ll put thongs on them and then we can see just who has the bigger dick,” I suggested. They both looked concerned.
“Uh, I’m sure Buzz beats me in that area,” Todd replied. “I’m not that large.”
“Not so fast. I’ve heard about you. Remember when these guys used to tease us about it at our meetings. I think you outrank me there by a large margin,” Buzz replied.
“Okay, then how long is your dick when it’s hard?” Todd asked, smiling, but you could tell he was looking for an answer.
“Uh, I’m not sure. I’ve never really measured it,” Buzz replied, embarrassingly. Todd threw up his hands.
“Well, then I guess we do have to have an old fashion dick measuring contest to find out,” Todd replied excitedly. This is a gay bar, so I’m sure it’d make great entertainment,” he teased. We all laughed.
“That’s okay. That measurement is not that important to me of all things,” Buzz replied. “I concede yours is much larger than mine. No argument from me.” We all laughed.
“Get a few beers in him sometime and we’ll find out,” I mentioned. Buzz just smiled.
Eric brought us our burgers and we chowed down. Todd and Chad finished eating, then had to take off. Jake and I had to join the others to go to the frat. We said our goodbyes to Buzz and Jordan and told them we’d see them tonight. I gave Jordan a hug and kissed him on the cheek. I gave Buzz a hug, and not thinking, kissed him on the cheek. Buzz seemed to like that.
“You kissed me,” he said, somewhat surprised.
“Oh, I guess I did. That’s because I love you too. You’re part of our family now, Buzz. Can’t help expressing myself to the people I care about. Besides, I’m gay, I get to kiss other guys and not be ashamed of it. So there. Oh, and you’re allowed to kiss me anytime also,” I informed him. He smiled at me.
“Wow, I feel kind of honored you consider me part of the family and care about me like you do,” Buzz replied, appreciatively. Jordan was all smiles.
“That guy loves you too,” I told Buzz, nodding towards Jordan. Jordan looked embarrassed. Buzz turned and looked at him. Jordan shrugged his shoulders.
“He is pretty special to me also,” Buzz said, grabbing Jordan’s hand and smiling at him. Jordan just smiled back.
“See you cuties tonight. Stay out of trouble or at least remember to wear a condom,” I chided then took off. They both laughed at us as we left.
“Wow, Josh, I think you really moved that relationship down the road. We’ll see how they react tonight,” Jake remarked. I slung my arm around his shoulders as we walked to the frat house with Zach and Brady. Ethan met us a block away, waiting to meet up with us. He was excited about our introducing him at rush week at the kickoff party.
The frat house was already cooking when we arrived. Jake and I got hugs from Taylor, who met us at the door. I introduced him again to Ethan and Zach. He already knew Brady, who was in my pledge class. He told us to grab a beer, but make sure we talked to him before we left.
The twins found us and came running over to us. Larry and Gary both picked me up off my feet and hugged me, then kissed me on the forehead. They did the same to Jake, Zach, Brady and Ethan. I had warned Ethan not to fight whatever antics they did, as it was safer to go along with it. Ethan was a little concerned, but went along with everything, being a good sport. I was proud of him. Larry and Gary said I absolutely had to help with the basket ball team again this year. They were going for the national championship two years in a row, they told us. I told them I’d do what I could do. That seemed to excite them. I asked what it was like having Tuck as a coach instead of a captain. They said he sucked, but they were glad to have him. My crew gave them a strange look. Then Larry and Gary laughed, letting us know they were joking. They said he was a good coach and they respected him this year, thanks to my doing last year and the changes I brought about with him. I hugged them both again.
Chase came up to us. Larry and Gary said they were going to be the big brother to Chase, since he was on the basketball team with them. Chase wasn’t so sure about having them as big brothers, I could tell, but he played along. Chase joined our group, as I introduced them to other guys in the frat. Brady and I saw some of the Lacrosse players huddling together in a corner of our great room. We did walk over and say hi to those guys. Of course, they asked if I was one of the owners of the new gay bar in town. I proudly told them I was, and three other ones, East Coast, West Coast and the City, plus we broke ground for a new dorm my company was building this morning and we had our own aviation company. I told them to sign up for a great trip to the south for Spring Break. I’d get them a heck of a deal. I think they were blown away. The did seem interested when I told them to stop by the CNB and I’d buy them a beer, one frat brother to another. That seemed to please them immensely. Brady said they were whores when we walked away. We saw Tuck standing there talking to James and Ted. We wandered over to talk to them. Tuck gave me a big hug, then messed up Chase’s hair, nubbying his head. Chase just shook his head.
“You know, I was going to cut you from the team when we made the cuts during the summer, Chase. This guy here, Josh, he talked me out of it, and practically demanded you have a spot on the team. He said you had heart. Boy was he right about that. You really do have heart and you’ve proven yourself already. Josh, Chase here can steal a ball off any guy on the court practically. He’s going to be great in a pinch when we need to get the ball back, running out the clock. You were right. You need to thank Josh, Chase for rescuing you. We argued over that for some time, but he never gave up on you. Thank goodness he didn’t. He saw something I didn’t see at the time, but I sure as hell see it now,” Tuck said, giving Chase a side hug, standing almost a whole foot higher than Chase. Chase blushed.
“Josh, did you tell Zach and Ethan here, how you got my attention the first time we met, right here, a year ago?” Tuck asked me in front of the guys. I shook my head, no, but then smiled. “Well, I made the sad mistake of calling him ‘boy’. He looked at me, cocked his head as if to give me hell. He said, ‘With a bucket of balls and a yard of dick, you call me BOY!’ Well, I just cracked up. I then called him, SIR. Well that started a tremendous friendship that changed my life forever. Guys, I’ll tell you. This frat is a great brotherhood of men. It’s guys like Josh that have made this fraternity that much stronger and better for all. This guy changed my entire life. I never thought, having a little brother to sponsor in the frat, would dramatically change my life forever. He did though. I couldn’t love him enough, and he’ll be my brother my entire life,” Tuck told them proudly, then hugged me again, meaningfully. I always felt great and safe with Tuck’s hugs. “You boys grab some beer and eat some food. I’ve got to get back to my little lady. I told her I wouldn’t be long, and I’ve already been here over an hour. Just too many memories and great guys to talk to here. I’m sure you guys are going to love being a part of this great fraternal organization,” Tuck remarked. I got another hug before he left. He whispered in my ear he desperately needed a massage and soon. He said Hector missed me terribly. I had to laugh, but enjoyed them just as much as he did. I told him I’d work him in.
Taylor motioned for us all to join him. He took us into the library. “I just want to say, that although we cannot formally accept you new guys into our pledge class today, you will be accepted when we make the selections. I can assure you of that. Now, for the matter of big brothers, which we shouldn’t talk about until you are accepted, I came up with this, which will barely meet our requirements for study time. Jake, this doesn’t apply to you, because the way we worked your membership, we squeezed you in during last year’s pledge class, so basically, you are now a member and not a pledge,” Taylor told us. We congratulated Jake. Don’t ask me how we managed that, but if anyone asks you who your big brother was last year, it was me. I know I had Eric, but for some reason, I had two last year. You remember that, don’t you, Josh?” Taylor asked looking at me to affirm.
“Absolutely. Jake was here all the time or with you when he wasn’t,” I stated, which was half true, as Jake was with Taylor at gymnastics hours a day. Taylor nodded. Jake’s situation was all settled.
“Now, Chase, I’ll set you up with Ted as your big brother. You’ll meet him today. Being a close friend of Josh’s he knows he’ll like you, and looks forward to having you. Zach, technically, since Jake is a certified member of the frat already, he can be your big brother. He doesn’t live in the frat house, so you are allowed to spend time with him where he lives. He will certify your study hours, as your big brother. Ethan, your big brother is Josh. He doesn’t reside in the frat house either, so you can spend time with him at his residence for study time. Study time is Monday through Thursday evenings. I have one little catch. Every couple of weeks, you will need to spend some study time here at the frat for us to make this all legal and your obligations as pledges met. There will be an indoctrination ceremony accepting you as pledges you’ll have to attend, and any other scheduled, required meeting, you guys will have to attend. Every two weeks, we’ll have a brother supervise study time, here at the frat in the library for one hour. Do you think you guys can at least handle that?” Taylor asked. They all agreed and were grateful for the little amount of time they had to spend here. “That’s to tell you all what’s going on in our fraternity, locally and nationally. We can cover anything else we think you guys need to know then also. The main thing is you spend some time in the house. You can use the gym downstairs during that time also if you like, or study in the library once we cover what you need to know, if there is anything new. If you guys can live with that, then I think we can make this work,” Taylor explained. I thanked him for such an excellent job. I told the guys, Taylor was the best, and helped me tremendously last year finding my way in the frat. Taylor seemed grateful for that comment.
“Taylor, you mean I don’t have to study with the twins, like they said I was going to?” Chase asked, seemingly greatly relieved. Taylor looked down at the ground and shook his head.
“You don’t need that, Chase. Trust me on that. You’d never survive those two. We love them to death, and they’re championship basketball players, but you’ll get enough of them at practice and games. You don’t want to study or room with them. I couldn’t do that to you in good faith. Ted is a very wonderful member that you’ll totally enjoy and learn to appreciate,” Taylor told him. I seconded that. Chase just grinned from ear to ear.
“Hey guys, it was in this very library that I talked to Tuck on the phone during the national championship game, the phone call they caught on camera at the game. We were watching it on the big screen TV in the great room and I stepped over here to talk to Tuck when he called. Brady was here with me. This room is historical in that respect,” I share with them. They got a kick out of hearing that. Taylor told them it was a magic moment, only I never shared what I told Tuck with any of them. I just smiled.
Taylor let us out of the library to go across the hall and join the crowd again of hopeful pledges and regular members. I found Ted and after the big hug I got, I introduced him to the group again. He was particularly happy to meet Chase, telling him he looked forward to spending time with him. He told Chase I was one of the good guys and I couldn’t have been a better friend last year. I was proud to hear that. I saw Jack out of the corner of my eye, sipping a beer, looking at us all talking to Ted. He looked like he wanted to join in, but he kept his distance, for the time being.
When we finished talking with Ted, we decided it was time to head back and get ready for a big night, our second gay night since opening. Jack briefly said hi to us then headed over and try to talk to Ted, just after we left him. Jack gave Ted a quick hug, without Ted reciprocating, nothing meaningful, just a swift bro-hug. Ted didn’t look too comfortable at first, as I watched them out of the corner of my eye, but they were talking amicably.
Once back at the bar, I checked in with Eric. He said they were good to go. Stan and Gentry had checked in already and said they had an all-star lineup of dancers again for tonight. That made me excited. Eric said Buzz and Jordan left after we did this afternoon. Eric said they were laughing together. He wondered what had gotten into those two. I told Eric, I thought they might be finding one another. He just shook his head, somewhat disbelieving what was happening. I thought it was cute.
I went into the office to check with Thad and check e-mails. Bingo, I had one from Stoney. It was a long one, which nearly blew my mind. He never wrote more than a couple of lines and very few words. Here was a relatively long e-mail from him, which I took to mean he had a keen interest in helping me. I read it quietly, but out loud. It read, “My dear Josh. You never cease to amaze me with your intuition and concern for others. Let me tell you once again, how proud I am of you. In regards to your friend, I believe your heart and common sense will guide you to a conclusion as to what to do and how to do it. That is why you are in charge. Close your mind to distractions when considering if it is the right thing to do. Knowing you the way I do, you will most likely seek counsel from Greer and/or Jordan, which is always prudent. Listen to what they have to say, and absorb what advice you think is pertinent, but discount their opinions, as they will most likely be totally negative towards what you feel in your heart and soul must happen. I’m sure, in their minds, the world will come to an end and the company will stall, crash and burn, because you went out of your way to help someone you truly believed in your heart should be helped. My words of wisdom to you is when our lives are over, we will be judged by what good we have done in this world. We will, most likely, succeed at helping to improve peoples’ lives and fail at others. That’s life. We will not be judged by how much money we made or corporate ambition and empire building, but what our hearts, and our strong efforts to improve others’ lives were able to accomplish, or at least try to accomplish. I think you know the answer to your question. I trust that you do. God speed in succeeding in your efforts. Make a difference in other people’s lives. I did with yours and couldn’t be prouder.”
At this point, I had tears in my eyes. He truly trusted me to make the right decisions. On the other hand, I felt the weight of the world on my shoulders again. This e-mail, was his way or mentoring me? Gees, I wasn’t sure what to do. But then, Stoney said listen to your heart more than logical business reasoning, is what I felt he was telling me.
There was a last line on the e-mal. It said, “Regarding the groundbreaking – good start.” That was it. I thought he’d be ecstatic, but he was really interested in my vacillation as to what to do about Trent. I was shocked, and now confused once more as to what to do.
“Thad, I need to read this to you. You and I really need to think about this,” I told him. He looked up from his work on his desk with a puzzled look. “Come over here to the table and I’ll read it to you. I swear he had tears in his eyes when I finished reading it. I grabbed his hands in mine. “Think very seriously about this. What does your heart tell you to do, discounting all the objections Jordan gave us,” I asked looking him in the eyes, holding his hands in mine. He almost cried.
“I think, deep down, my heart wants to help him, Josh. I don’t know how you feel, but I’m good either way. If we fail and create problems for the company, our partners and employees, I don’t want that on your head. That’s too much for you to shoulder,” Thad replied, squeezing my hands.
“Oddly enough, my heart tells me to try to help him also. What the fuck, I’m helping Dawson and I don’t even like him. But, there’s not a lot of risk to anyone but myself in helping him. Trent? I don’t know, but I still care about him and feel terrible for him. It’s odd we would think of him that way, because of the way he treated you. I just couldn’t see how you could truly love someone, like I thought he did, and treat you like he did. That hurt you so much, and I was pissed as hell someone hurt you, my friend that I love and trust with everything about me. I’m still pissed, but yet, I don’t know, this little voice inside me says we need to help the boy. Is that what you feel? I mean he drove a stake through your heart and ripped it out, well, almost anyway,” I said, still holding onto him.
“Oddly enough, my heart says the same thing as yours, Josh. I guess we’re both fucked in the head on this one,” Thad replied. I pulled him into a hug. Jake happened to come into the office looking for me and saw us embracing.
“Can I help?” he asked. I looked at him and almost cried. “Who died?” he asked, concerned. That made me smile.
I sat Jake down and read him what Stoney sent me regarding my question about Trent. Jake shook his head. “Right back on our shoulders, Josh. In a way, I guess he’s really preparing all of us to do this on our own. Don’t know what his plans are, but he wants us to be totally autonomous without his involvement. He gave you free reign to do whatever you thought we needed to do. He didn’t give you any advice as to how to do it, either. Wasn’t much help there, was he?” Jake asked. I smiled at him.
“Yes, he was, Jake. He gave us the answer we knew all along, just hadn’t thought about it long enough. Stoney is an extremely wise man, when you think about it. It’s like he’s gone onto another world, barely keeping in touch, but looking over us and nudging us this was or that way, trusting we know the way, but nudging us a bit one way or another to make sure we don’t lose our way. I’d much prefer him here with us and giving us orders or outlining what we do and when we do it, but that defeats what he set out to do. We have to honor his wishes and make due on our own. I guess that’s his way of telling us. He sure has more faith in us than I do, I’ll tell you that,” I told Thad and Jake.
“I think he made an excellent choice, Josh,” Thad told me. “He knows your heart, and he respects that.” I shook my head some.
“Thad’s right, Josh. He really does, and puts all his faith in it, because he knows it’s real,” Jake added.
“Okay, so what do you think we should do?” I asked Jake, still seeking guidance from someone I really loved.
“I think you know that answer also, Josh. I think we need to go for it. I think our three hearts are very much in sync. This will frost Jordan’s ass, but hell, it’s not getting much action anyway, so what of it,” Jake replied. I kind of chuckled.
“Oh boy,” I said sighing, realizing Jordan would not be happy and would probably call Greer and we’d have our first board fight. But I had the ultimate decision on this, and both Greer and Jordan knew that. “The problem we have is, none of us have the slightest idea as to what to do to help,” I told them. We looked at each other dumbfounded.
“I’m sure we’ll come up with answers,” Jake assured us. “We always find a way when we want to do something bad enough. What about the criminal lawyer at Jordan’s old firm? That’s a start. We have Conner and Neal to consult with in the criminal law area also, and with the contacts with the Phoenix Police Department. Hell, when you think about it, we have all kinds of resources,” Jake said, getting a little excited we were off and running and developing a plan.
“Conner and Neal will be here later tonight. We can have a meeting in here and talk about it. Jordan won’t be thrilled, but he’ll have to suck it up and put his head together with ours. If he’s nice enough about it, we just might fuck him later and really make him happy,” I told my two compatriots. They laughed.
“He’s wooing Buzz tonight, don’t forget,” Jake reminded me. I had an ah-ha moment, remembering how well they got along together at lunch.
“Hell, we’ll go for broke then, and get those two together sexually finally. Why waste time. They’ve had long enough to get something going,” I commented. Jake and Thad shook their heads.
Armed with a plan, we went to the kitchen to grab a small snack, having snacked at the frat house for the Rush reception. Fritz was in full swing, cooking up a storm with several orders on a monitor in front of him with table numbers. Doug and George were working on hamburgers and other short orders. Edgar was assimilating the various parts, emptying baskets of French Fries and putting salads together. He looked happy, enjoying what he was doing.
“Hey, Fritz. You need to know how much you really mean to us, and how happy we are you’re part of our business and family now,” I told him. Fritz gave us a big smile.
“Does that mean I get to shower with you sometime?” he asked excitedly.
“Anytime you want, buddy. And, we’re giving you a big raise and a larger percentage of sales. You can create a budget for us, which will allow us to allocate more towards you with some to give to your helpers also, if you feel you’d like to, or keep it for yourself. It’s up to you,” I told him. Fritz literally jumped into my arms and kissed me on the lips. I kind of liked the way he felt in my arms. I could see having fun in bed with this one. Jake and Thad both got hugs and kisses. Jake told me later, Fritz felt kind of hot. I totally agreed with him.
The bar got busy around 6:00 for the dinner crowd. Mostly professionals, many straight couples for dinner. Around 7:30, the crowd was changing to more of a younger gay crowd. By 8:00, it was all gay. Jordan had come back and was sipping a beer at the bar. We weren’t really busy yet, so I brought him into the office with Trent, Jake and myself.
“Okay, I got in touch with Stoney about the Trent situation,” I started to say, and Jordan rolled his eyes, as if he thought we were done talking about this whole thing. “Easy, Jord, if this was you, I’d move Heaven and earth to help you, you know that,” I assured him.
“It’s not me, who would never lie to you or ever put you in a situation like that because I cared about you too much, Josh. This is someone that continually lied to you, betrayed Thad and broke the law in several ways. If it was someone like you or me, I’d give both my nuts to get them out of jail and protect them, but it’s not. This is Trent, who really doesn’t deserve your thoughtfulness. But go on. What did his master say to do?” Jordan asked.
“He told me to do what I felt we needed to do, to listen to you and Greer on ways to go about doing it, but not to let you guys talk me out of it,” I informed him. Jordan was taken aback by my response. You’d have thought I might have insulted him.
“Well, I guess we know who matters to the boss, now don’t we,” Jordan replied.
“Jordan, you matter to all of us more than we could ever express. He just wants us all to put our heads together and see if we can salvage a life. The three of us think it’s worth a shot. Trent is all alone in all of this. His parents have practically disowned him. He’s in police custody trying to make them understand he’s as much a victim as anyone X has harmed, but his status is all up in the air right now. He has no one else to turn to. We really think it’s worth a shot to help him. Come on, I know you have a sweet spot there in your heart,” I urged.
“My heart is wide open for you guys, Josh, but not for those that abuse my friends and my family. No, it’s not open for people like that,” Jordan said, emphatically.
“I know what you mean and I understand what you’re saying. I think you’ll see, that we may have saved one of us if we can help,” I replied. He shook his head, as if he really didn’t want to hear this.
“What do you want me to do?” he said rather bluntly.
“Conner and Neal will be here later. Can we have a discussion with them as to what might be done. Conner has a contact with the Phoenix Police Department. We might be able to enlist their help,” I told him.
“What if Conner and Neal feel like I do, that this is a waste of time and money?” Jordan asked.
“Conner came to me for help with Erin one time when Erin was in trouble. We virtually adopted Erin and turned him around. Conner was so proud of what we were able to do, that I’m sure he’ll understand, Jord,” I replied. Jordan shook his head again, looking at the ground.
“Let’s see what they have to say. But promise me this, Josh. If they say it’s not worth it or this will drag us all down, would you consider dropping this crazy idea for the rest of our sakes?” Jordan asked.
“Jordan, I will always have the best interests at heart of those that I care about and love. I think we can do this, and I’m pretty sure Conner and Neal will be willing to help,” I assured him.
“I’m not so sure about that, but we can have a discussion on it and see where it goes. Don’t get your hopes up too far, just in case,” Jordan advised. I smiled at him, then hugged him tightly.
“You’re the best Jord. Jake and I’ll definitely make this worth your while. Too bad Greer’s going to miss out on this excitement,” I told him as I hugged him, the quickly kissed him on the lips. He smiled back at me, as I held him in my arms.
“Lucky Greer,” he replied. I had to laugh.
Eric stuck his head in the door and said that Buzz was here looking for Jordan. Jordan got a big smile on his face, and let me go. I smiled at him.
“Go say hi to your boyfriend. We’ll grab you for a meeting when Conner and Neal get here,” I told him, as I swatted his hot ass when he turned to go join Buzz.
“Well, that went better than I thought it might,” Jake commented. We all smiled. “But then, I think Jordan would do just about anything for you, Josh.”
We all moved back out to the bar. Jake and I had our short shorts on and wife beater t-shirts as Ty walked in the front door in his regular shorts and polo shirt. I grabbed him and escorted him back to the dressing room. There were dancers in there in various stages of undress. We opened the door and walked by a couple of large bare cocks and balls. Ty was rather shocked.
“I never knew our things came in such big sizes,” Ty commented. I had to laugh.
“They come in all sizes, Ty. You don’t have anything to complain about. You’re nicely hung, buddy. No disappointment there,” I assured him. He just smiled at me.
“Damn, I have so much to learn about this place and how it works. You shouldn’t be judging my junk anyway,” he warned with a smile.
“I’m gay, Ty. I appreciate how nice some guys are put together and you’re put together very nicely. You should be proud,” I assured him. He smiled and shook his head in disbelief. “You going commando tonight or wearing a thong underneath?” I asked him, as I handed him a pair of medium short shorts. He had to stop and think, as he bared his junk, removing his briefs. He hesitated for a minute, giving me more time to admire his genitalia, which was starting to arouse me, that, and all the other naked hot guys in the dressing room.
“I think I’ll stay with the thong. I don’t feel that adventurous yet,” he replied, after he thought about it for a minute. I grabbed him a thong in a medium waist size and handed it to him. He had trouble with it again, and I enjoyed helping him put it on. “Damn, Josh, this is as intimate as I’ve ever been with any student before. I can’t believe we’re doing this,” he said half-chuckling. I chuckled also.
“Whatever it takes to get the job done. Let me warn you about getting fondled on the floor. You can tell them ‘no’, so don’t be afraid to. Shake your ass in front of the guys and you’ll get more tips. You might get your nipples pinched also, but that goes with the job, just so you know. It’s flattering to most of us, but maybe not to you,” I advised. He shook his head.
“This is going to be one hell of an experience I may never forget, but wish I could,” Ty said, as we finally made our way out of the dressing room, disappointing me we had to leave all those hot, naked, hung boys behind. It was almost too much to take.
